Mansion Hotel is a very charming place with an unique interior. Especially the entrance hall where you can sit for a nice cup of tea or drink is a reflection of the "good old days" of the 1930's of Shanghai. Even better is the terasse on the 5th floor with a magnificent view over the French Consession. |

A beautiful historic building, very well run with great atmosphere and lovely rooms in a good location. Excellent food in the skyline restaurant. |

The ambience, the decorations in the hotel are great. The location is ideal, in a quiet neighbourhood which is what I'd wanted. There seems to be a lack of personnel who has a good knowledge of fine restaurants suggestions and visiting pionts in shanghai. Some of the staff need to improve their English and communication skills. |
