Its authenticity and well preserved art deco character combined with the most modern technology and facilities. Great Location as well. The only comment I might make is related to the break ast which was not up to the standard of à hotel of this class and style.

Fantastic decorated hotel as we checked out at 6.00 am and breakfast starts at 7.30 am - we asked for lunch boxes in the evening.. Strange but we get polite refuse...

Fin atmosfär och fint rum. Bra badkar trots svårigheter att fylla badet. Servicen från personalen var medioker med tanke på att hotellet är femstjärnigt med dyra rum och ligger i en storstad med många internationella gäster. Personalens engelska var mycket dålig och frukosten var under all kritik. Frukostbuffén var knappast en buffé och med tanke på att rummet kostade nästan 2000 kr/natten så förväntade vi oss mycket mer. Personalen var intetsägande och inte tillmötesgående. Vår hotellvistelse var inte ens värd halva priset av det vi fick betala. Vi kommer inte att rekommendera detta hotell till någon och www.booking.com borde säga upp avtalet med hotellet då det på inget sätt lever upp till priset på rummen eller standarden man förväntar sig av ett femstjärnigt hotell.
