Everything, nice rooms, good service, internetconnection in the room, McDonalds across the street :)

The bathtub plug was broken, can't think of anything else....( and the pool was closed for maintenance)

Very friendly and professional staff. They require you wear a cap if you want to use the pool. The executive floors are wonderful and calm. The staff were very professional in dealing with a difficult taxi driver. Will definately consider going back to the hotel.

Everything you would expect from a five-star hotel. Room nice and clean. Good hotel facilities. Well mannered and helpful staff.

A bit far from Beijing CBD.

The hotel was excellent value. The hotel facilities were excellent. It is in the north of the city (not far form the Bird's Nest Olympic Stadium) and is about 10 mins walk from the nearest subway station. Its on the main line running south so there are no changes required to get to the centre of the City. Beijing is very big and the hotel is about a 20 min taxi ride to the centre of town. But compared to western prices taxis are very cheap (about 4 euro/ 6 US). Internet was free and access speed was very good. Breakfast if very expensive but there are fast food, supermarket and bakery type options all just a minute's walk from the hotel. There are also plenty of Chinese restaurant options in the area for dinner.

This is a five star hotel so even if you get the room for a knock down price, expect to pay inflated western prices for drinks, breakfast and other meals.

The luxury, comfort and everything about Marco Polo experience. It is a favorite hotel chain of mine.

For tourists, the location is a challenged as it was very far from the shopping places like the. It was also far from historical landmarks ie Forbidden City, Temple of Heaven etc. For business travellers, I will strongly recommend your hotel.

The staff was very helpful in finding restaurants and arranging tours. The rooms were very nice. The buffet breakfast had a large variety. I have stayed here several times while in Beijing and prefer it to other Beijing hotels in which I have stayed.

I paid extra for the Continental Club room because their site advertised it as having a view of the National Stadium. The room I was given had no such view because of surrounding buildings. Also, make sure you get a hotel card when venturing out. The room card-key does not have the address or other adequate information in Chinese for a taxi driver to take you back to the hotel.

The comfort of the room was very high. The quality of the breakfast was high as well. The staff was very quick in helping out.

Nothing much, will not return to this hotel for future stay in Beijing

The services, especially the bell-hops, the cafe service staff was good though

建物としては立派で　部屋もゆったりして清潔　インターネットなどの設備も整っている

サービスに親切身が感じられない。タクシーは15分待たされるしその間の待っている場所もないなど　5つ星ホテルとしてのサービスになっていない。

Понравился ресторан. Кухня разнеообразная , большой выбор блюд.Ужин отличный и не дорогой. От сырой рыбы для сашими до карэ ягненка. Выбрал, тут же приготовили. С супами тоже самое

房間寬敞，採光好且乾淨。我特別喜歡浴室，下次上北京，我會再選擇它。

離地鐵站有點距離，步行十多分鐘。公交車很方便。
