When we arrived in the Hotel, they told us that our reservation was canceled even we have made the reservation on 26.10,.2010, we were tired and in panic, because it was a Stone fair period, and we know when there is a fair in the city is problem to find a hotel. Thet told us that our reservation was canceled because it's the Stone fair at the moment !? That was the reason we made the reservation few months in advance.Then I called Booking.com in England they were very kind and after a while they fix the problem.We are very satisfied with booking.com but not with the staff in the Hotel , they are totally unprofessional. Otherwise the Hotel is very nice and in the good area.

Nice size, not a cavernous, empty hotel like many in China. All facilities very modern, high quality & clean. They advertise the fact they are 10 minutes from airport with free arport shuttle, but on arriving early evening at airport, there was no sign of hotel shuttle desk or Marco Polo staff. At general enquiry desk they found a contact number and Marco Polo staff came but advised no shuttle as only runs until 4.45pm. Had to queue and pay for taxi. If you advertise proximity to airport and a shuttle, then you should provide it.

I think the staff realy need an English lesson,as I call reseption to complane about a fight outside my door.she dident understand so I got transferd to someone else that put the phone down on me. 2 people got murderd. Not a nice experians. Steinar

Keine Heizung ! Die Heizungen werden erst ab aussentemperaturen von unter 10° aktiviert, Nachts hatte es 11° also keine Heizung im Zimmer und in der Haupthalle lief die ac auf Vollgas !!!! Man musste also dick eingepackt sein um nicht eine Erkältung einzufangen ! NIE MEHR !!!!

Beliggenheten er utmerket. Hotellet er lekkert og er veldig glad I hotellrom som har egen dusj, ikke badekar med dusj. For meg bør et femstjerners hotell blitt tatt fra en stjerne hvis de ikke har frisk appelsinjuice til frokost, det de serverte av appelsinjuice på Marco Polo var elendig skvip. Alltid et mas om å oppgradere til et bedre rom / club floor. Litt for mye push på det.

Kamers waren prima,evenals de hele entourage van het hotel incl het personeel Zou wat meer aandacht geven aan de engelse taal van het personeel.
