Very noisy! I had to call The reception at 2 am, becsuse there were some guests at my floor singing and shouting in the corredor.

The rooms are clean, the breakfest is a Chinese Breakfest, but there are a lot of thinks that the Ocidental people can eat. The bed has spring matres that it is not so confortable, but ok in stand of the cost, I had some trobles during my stay but it is ok.

La gentillesse du personnel, qui a pris en compte notre demande de changement suite à un problème dans la chambre. Il est sans doute préférable de réserver des chambres dans le building privilège, plus récent. Le calme de l'hôtel, vraiment appréciable à Pékin ! les 2 restaurants sont de bonne qualité. Les installations sauna et piscine très agréables. Le petit déjeuner assez cher (16euros), donc nous avons préféré trouver d'autres solutions. Le métro est à environ 15 à 20' à pied, un peu loin donc mais avec la possibilité de prendre un tuk-tuk jusqu'à la station pour quelques kwai.

NO 当天入住时，拎了二个行李箱，大堂行李员自顾著聊天完全没有要协助的意思。进到房间后，写字台上的电源无法- 供笔记本使用，询问服务人员也说没有电插板可以借。床头阅读灯也是不亮的。要求服务人员协助换房，并先确认- 各项设备是完善的，服务人员也是不与理会，一直到最后找了当班主管才处理，毫无服务意识，更不值得这个价格- ！酒店位置不是那么好找，服务意识又差，到底凭什么这个价格？

Hôtel très agréable. Réservation d'une chambre luxe et upgrade à l'arrivée en chambre privilège. Personnel très efficace et accueillant. Late checkout à 16h le jour du départ accepté sans problème. Check-in et check-out un peu long. Wi-fi dans le lobby uniquement, en filaire dans les chambres.

Localização e limpeza Aconteceu algo muito grave! Fechei minha estadia pelo valor cobrado pelo site. No entanto, no momento em que fui fazer o check out no hotel, fui cobrado um valor acima do que havia sido combinado. Os funcionários foram muito mal educados e irredutíveis dizendo que o problema era meu e do booking. Fui obrigado a deixar meu cartão para cobrir esse valor extra.

чуть ли не впервые путешествуя по китаю столкнулся с таким хорошим обслуживанием персоналом на ресепшен. все дело в отличных ребятах отвечающих за hotel relationships. это молодые студенты из стран евросоюза и других, которые реально помогают решать проблемы и дают полезные советы как ориентироваться на местности. особенно спасибо Hannes из бельгии. в целом же отель оставил приятные впечатления, жалею что был недолго и не успел использовать все сервизы например бассейн. трудностей с поиском никаких нет, отель находится на главной улице указанной в адресе примерно в 10 минутах от метро в сторону супермаркета Carrefour. высокий прайс в минибаре. особенно на воду которая летом в китае очень нужна, ибо водопроводную пить не стоит. также номер был не очень чист, ничего серьезного просто кое-где пыль и не очень опрятная уборка. но на свои деньги отель более чем!

De rustige ligging. De kamers met goed slaapcomfort, goed sanitair. Indoor zwembad. Lekker brood bij het ontbijt. Het personeel is wel vriendelijk en wil zijn best doen maar men moet soms tot op managementniveau gaan om één en ander verstaanbaar te maken door het gebrek aan voldoende kennis van het Engels. Al bij al wel een goed hotel als uitvalsbasis en talrijke eetmogelijkheden in de buurt. De gebrekkige kennis van het Engels van het merendeel van de staff. 2 jaar geleden waren we hier ook al te gast en had Mercure Downtown een frisse moderne look.Nu was veel meubilair (zeker in de lobby) vervangen door zware, logge meubels. De bediening in de bar laat te wensen over. Een betere training van het personeel zou aan te raden zijn. Misschien toch eens een smeerkaasje of ander lapje kaas of hesp voorzien bij het ontbijt. Er is genoeg variatie maar dan vooral Aziatisch gericht.

Good sized room for the rate. Staff always pleasant and there was always someone who spoke a little English. Location is terrible. No taxi driver knows where it is and cabs rarely drive past so getting a cab is a major headache. It's not close to the metro either. This makes it pretty much useless as a business hotel. The front desk in the 'privilege' wing is rarely staffed so you can't check in or out there. The lounge seemed to close earlier than the stated time. Trying to check out there was a queue/scrum but not enough staff at the desk to cope. However there were others wandering in and out of the office.
