The hotel do not look at all as the picture show. VERY old rooms. And the promised sea view I payed extra for in my executive room was not there. Just a building and a tree. I could not see any ocean. I will try to upload some real pictures of the rooms. The hotel do NOT look as in the pictures. Also they charge all money for the room when booking at booking.com even tho they say they do not. Make sure you dont pay double!

I like the location of the hotel which is very close to the Shekou ferry terminal and gets you to Hong Kong airport in 30 minutes. It is also quite close to Seaworld, bars and shops. Situated in a relatively quiet location.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights within a week. I had two different rooms. I had booked rooms with a seaview. You could not see the sea from the balcony of the first-booked room and I barely saw a view of the sea from the balcony of the second-booked room. The hotel is getting old and needs a lot of repair and maintenance. The lobby chairs and couches need a good clean.

** first of all we booked a non- smoking room and and got a smoking room. Service people told me if you want non smoking room it will cost $50.00 more for the night even though you had it available.. That was a good way of doing business!!!!

**** Bathroom amenities were very poor. Tub was dirty, Carpet was filthy!!!

I stayed for 3 nights with my boyfriend, it was like a ghost town! There was no one around at the time we were there! They had lots of good facilities though but felt a bit awkward availing of them because no one else around! It's more like a 3 star hotel not 5 stars! The staff were really really nice to us though and so helpful with our bags and getting taxis

The unique plus of hotel - good sympathetic employees!

Disgusting hotel!!! At most 2 stars. Spent in hotel 1 night though planned 5 days. Beach rest as it is declared in hotel isn't present! Nearby seaport. In hotel dirt, in in a bathroom a mold and unpleasant smells. All equipment old, everything collapses, furniture peeled! All night long we listened as in the next number lower water in a toilet bowl! The Internet didn't work all evening, to work it did not turn out. To hotel we will not go any more, we will recommend to nobody. It is better to fall down on the street, than in this den!

The best part was having very clean, high quality sheets on the beds. I like have the satellite tv with many selections to choose from for viewing.

The colour of the bathroom fixtures was very unappealing. It outdated the hotel. However, it was all in excellant working order.

Localizacao proxima de Shekou Port facilita muito para quem vem de Hong Kong ou Macau para entrar na China ou no sentido inverso. O Hotel fica ao lado do Shekou Port. Fiquei hospedado em um quarto executivo e o frigobar e lavanderia eram free. Proximo ao hotel tem um lugar chamado Sea World onde ha varios restaurantes de diferentes nacionalidades.

Distancia ao centro de Shenzhen

Salle de bain vétuste, uniquement un distributeur de produit dans la baignoire. Pas de set rasage,brosse à dents que l'on trouve dans les hotelsde ce niveau le silicone des joints dans la baignoire étzit moisi par endroit. Petit dejeuner tres moyens pour 15euros environ

Le personnel parlais anglais et gentil

Le lit etait comme un block de beton , situation géographique plus que nul mais tres nul , nous devions avoir vue sur la mer ! , lhotel n est pas tres hautes , on a recu vue sur un arbre , acces a internet fais chambre appart , il faut etre dans une autre piece pour chatte avec ton laptop , l'hotel vieux , peinture doivent etre refais , les tapis sente la poussiere ,,,,

Idéalement situé pour ce rendre à Hong - Kong tout en étant à 100m d'une station de métro pour rayonner à Shenzhen.

Girls on reception are english speaking and really helpfull.

1. The worse is the room air condition that is built as a central system and couldn't be turned off or tuned as you wish. The room is awfully cold. 2. The concierge service is too intrusive. 3. The hotel is surrounded by new construction sites. 4. The room is dirty and shabby. 5. The only you get in the bathroom is a piece of soap.

Proximity to the Shekou Ferry terminal was very convenient

The water did not drain properly in the bath tub. The feel of the room was quite old...carpet was worn and felt a bit dusty (not up to par of 5 star hotel - more like a 3 star). The bathroom fixtures were old and could see some faint sign of mildew in the bathroom shower (no fan to effectively vent the steam from the shower). Additionally the network did not allow me to connect to my VPN. Also, the cost for breakfast buffet seemed high for the quality of available food. (breakfast was not included in the room fee and was a separate charge)
