Apartments was good. Good value for the price! Only problem was the noise and dust in some area due to partial renovation of the hotel. |

Great price....Great location....Great Service....The bathrooms could be better, but I guess thats what they are renovating... I was given a room on 20th floor where renovation was going on. After requesting to the staff I was immediately moved to another room on the 8th Floor. A great value for money hotel! |

Central location, rooms were clean, beds comfortable and room for a family. The bathrooms & kitchen were needing a facelift but renovation had started at the Apartments so maybe this is going to happen. |

location was excellent. walking distance to peoples park and nanjing road. bed was rock hard, and bar was extremely expensive (and strange german japanese blend). |

Location and the fact daily room cleaning. House keeping more attentive than other serviced apartments ive used in the past. Advertised as serviced apartments but there was only a microwave in the room, not even a spoon etc. Hardly a kitchenette as advertised. So luck y I wanted to eat out because it would never have sufficed as kitchen facilities. |

I thought the location was perfect. It was within walking distance from both the XinTianDi (Little Europe) area and the popular and busy Nanjing Lu (Nanjing Road) area. The area around it also had lots of restaurants and shops. It was 2-3 blocks from the metro stop. Very convenient overall. The front desk was very nice too. The only negative is that our taxi driver and tour bus driver could not necessarily locate the building b/c its on a smaller street. So, its good to have the busy cross streets that its on. I remember one of the cross streets is JingLing Lu (JingLing Road). Hope that helps. |

Superb apartment. Very comfortable and very very well located! Walking distance to major shopping (about 10 blocks to Nanjing Rd, 10 blocks to Peoples Park. Excellent restaurants within 3 block radius. Excellent supermarket directly across the street. Great apartment that was modern, clean with adequate cooking and refrigeration. |

Hotel staffs spoke relatively good English. I think they can welcome many tourists from all over the world. Water from the conduit tasted bad. |

location is perfect. it's centre of the city. 10 min and you r in people's squire. rooms are not so large, but it's enought for a couple and it's new. internet is expencive, 70 RMB for 24 hrs. |

Good location and good value. But power was out 3 times within the first 24 hours after checking in. Finally have to switch to another room. It was a little bit of hassle. Fee charge for internet service was not explain clearly. Other than that, good value. |
