房間舒適 乾淨 地點良好靠近人民廣場新天地等 但交通要自行規劃 恐較不便 但酒店有叫車服務 我們8大1小 一間3是2廳 一間2是二廳 大家都十分滿意 價格也很實惠 交通吧 |

房間很乾淨很舒服 地點也很方便 去外灘 新天地 作計程車10分內都可以到 外出住這種公寓式酒店是第一次 很滿意 有家的感覺 網路費還要另外收費 在開啟時並無說明 |

5 of us stayed in a 3 rooms apt from 2nd to 9th Dec 2009. The aprtment is very spacious and we had a very comfortable stay. The location is also very central and we strongly recommend this place ; ) Floor was not cleaned. |

Well, it has "Appartaments" in the name, and that's exactly what it is: two-room appartment with a kitchen. The hotel is not a poshy one but decent. Nice city view, very convinient location. |

Excellent accommodation and overall service is good. The kitchen is not equipped at all - no crockery or cutlery etc. |

Hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful and it is also a very convenient location and the room is very clean The internet service for the room is a bit expensive. Would like to see the hotel apply a one time charge per stay rather than charge for every night. Most hotels now have free internet included and in Canada, a lot of hotels are going with one charge per stay if it is not included. |

Very good location, walking distance to most of attractions in Shanghai.In addition, it is located next to a famus food/resterant street.If you enjoy food, you could taste best local food three meals a day in different restarant with very low cost. Booking is fine. However the swimming pool is in construction, it should be noted on your website.As I was looking for a hotel with a pool and ended up to a dry pool. |

Location is smack in the middle of tourist belt. But we had lots of local food just a street away from the Apartments. So we had local and international flavour nearby. Signs not prominent. Even locals do not know where it is. Final bill was about 15% above the estimate. Wished it was closer to the actual amount. |

excellent location; excellent value for money; great gym At the time it was very noisy with renovations (eg pool ) which went on for about 10 hours a day.Unusual for an apartment that you have to pay to hire crockery and cooking pots. |

Ok, looked nicer in the pictures but the rooms are big and very comfortable The staff was not very nice and after paying the deposit they asked us to come back and pay more because they had done a mistake.., very difficult to understand them |

We like the 3 bedroom apartment alot and it feels like a chalet. Ideal for family. Location is good. Cleaniness has to be improved. Request for water was slow, has to ask at least 2 to 3 times. |

The apartament was great, well furnished, beautiful sight on the city. It's located near different metro/underground stations and main shopping district. Problems with my visa credit card elsewhere always working. Print address in chinese but give the taxi driver also the chinese name of one of the main streets near hotel or he will get lost! |

Excellent location in Old Town Shanghai, overall service very good. Nicely decorated apartments with great views. There were some renovation works going on during our stay, but it did not give us any disturbance (noise etc) at all. We stayed on the fifth floor. |

Spacious apartment Unfortunately the hotel was more like a construction site, we were given a room directly above one being renovated. Having arrived at the hotel at 2am, we were woken by loud drilling at about 8am. I would not recommend this place if you intend of getting any rest. |

Location was good as it was near to the Nanjing street famous for shopping. Though mentioned as service appartment, there was no utensils free for cooking but has to pay for its use. Also the front desk staff were not so friendly, in general service was not so good.There are other hotels in this site one could try in the same locality. |

Great price....Great location....Great Service....The bathrooms could be better, but I guess thats what they are renovating... I was given a room on 20th floor where renovation was going on. After requesting to the staff I was immediately moved to another room on the 8th Floor. A great value for money hotel! |

Central location, rooms were clean, beds comfortable and room for a family. The bathrooms & kitchen were needing a facelift but renovation had started at the Apartments so maybe this is going to happen. |

Location and the fact daily room cleaning. House keeping more attentive than other serviced apartments ive used in the past. Advertised as serviced apartments but there was only a microwave in the room, not even a spoon etc. Hardly a kitchenette as advertised. So luck y I wanted to eat out because it would never have sufficed as kitchen facilities. |

I thought the location was perfect. It was within walking distance from both the XinTianDi (Little Europe) area and the popular and busy Nanjing Lu (Nanjing Road) area. The area around it also had lots of restaurants and shops. It was 2-3 blocks from the metro stop. Very convenient overall. The front desk was very nice too. The only negative is that our taxi driver and tour bus driver could not necessarily locate the building b/c its on a smaller street. So, its good to have the busy cross streets that its on. I remember one of the cross streets is JingLing Lu (JingLing Road). Hope that helps. |
