Cleanliness, Location, access to subway, taxi, convenience stores, night life area...
Should have a mirror in bedroom too........
Nothing about this very shabby place.
No anything in this place, do not book this place what ever you do. There is no safety deposit box in the room. So for 3 days I carried about every valuable I own and travel with
Good value. The apartment was fairly spacious and located in a secure and quiet area. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
A bit far to the subway (10-15 mins). Bed was quite hard.
Very nice practical management
Even though I did'nt know how to use an electric cooker or a spin dryer the staff were always very helpful and willing to show me how to use the various appliances.
For me as a foreigner in China it would be nice to have an Irish Language or English Language channel on the TV, but I suppose their are so many different languages in the world that it would be difficult to please everyone.
Comfortable studio apartments in a fantastic location, managed by very nice staff.
Very nice location. Close to metrostation and easy to call cabs around as well Convenient, super market and restaurants nearby Big shopping malls nearby as well
One day there is no water in the whole apartment building but outside control of the hotel room is not cleaned up every day Difficult to find the entrance for the first time
Location is perfect! The apartment territory is nice and clean, rooms have pretty much everything you need. The girls in the office( located on 5th floor room 510) are very nice, helpful and friendly, gave me a number of good advices about the places to visit.
The room could be cleaner. There's no good sound isolation.
Staying at Season's Park was comfortable and very convenient.
Good alternative for a hotel but I would only recommend it for a longer stay. No luxury but what you need is there. 7/11 next door, always a great relief in case you need something.
You live in real apartments, your neighbours are not tourists. Very difficult to find. Cosmopolite is the real name of the apartments(not New Oriental Suites, this is just the company that rents out some apartments but that name is nowhere indicated) Only for 2 people, no other room types like family rooms etc ...Chinese planning: let us build 4000 exactly the same apartments. New Oriental Suites has some identical apartments in some of these over 25 identical buildings. If you want to find out how Chinese people live in big towns, this is your chance.
Very central, yet quiet and relaxed. Excellent location, near the Dongzhimen subway station (which includes access to both MTR and the airport express). The little gated community is within walking distance of Sunlitun, with its many restaurants, cafes, and bars. The studio apartments are nicely furnished and include everything one might need (office area with fast wireless access, small kitchen, washing machine). Whether for short tourist visit or a longer business stay, I would recommend this. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and they made my stay very pleasant. I booked for almost two months to conduct research in Beijing, and the degree of convenience this place afforded has convinced me to return here from now on.
The bathroom has a window to the sleeping area, which despite the curtains might provide a level of intimacy that not all travelers are comfortable with. If you are not travelling alone, you should be prepared. Other than this rather minor architectural feature, I can't think of any downsides to this overall excellent place.
Kind response from the members of staff when I needed help. Feeling at home and safe. I slept well and refreshed.
the information about the access to the place.
good location, very close to subway station, nice restaurants and good shopping malls. The community is very quiet and safe.
Facilities are not good enough. There are not enough foreign languages channels on TV
About 10 minutes walk from underground; air conditioning; staff speak good English and are very helpful; internet access - but keep in mind that anything to do with google (gmail, search, maps) is totally blocked; gated so security is good.
No table and chairs for eating; limited but adequate selection of cutlery and cooking utensils;
The staff was very helpful. They helped us to organise a tour, with the Youth Travel Service, to the Great Wall. They speak in english well enough, to make a simple conversation. (very rare thing in China imho).
Spacious rooms with (depending on the room) beautiful views over Beijing. Kitchen, bathroom, everything you need. Friendly staff.
The hotel is difficult to find. Taxi drivers don't recognize the address. The hotel reception is, in fact, an apartment in the same building. Make sure you have an abundance of directions (ask them by email if you don't get them automatically) before departure.
Location is good for Beijing travellers
Need some sign posts for identification of the apartments , reception etc... can take bit of time to find it especially with all the luggage to move around.
great apartment for low cost safe quiet
A better map of the complex would greatly help
The check-in/check-out were very easy and quick and efficient. The area and the appartment itself were quiet and we felt secure (security guard +building controled access + our own personnal code to enter the appartment). We liked the proximity to the subway and the small fruit market/convinience stores were very close (less than 2 min by walk from the appartment). The equipments in the appartment were appreciated (clothes washing machine, 2 stove tops, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker etc.).
Staff was very nice, flat comfortable and fully equipment and clean. Subway 5min walk, grocery in building, shopping centre with cheap restaurants 5min. Area was realy safe.
Very nice welcome, good connections to different Parts of Beijing
Room was dusty and dirty when I entered it for the first time
Extremely convenient location for our brief tourist stay since it is near subway station and lots of eating and shopping options...the nearby (underground) 7-11 and adjacent fruit/veg market was our favourite (access next to the shop selling delicious dumplings). Washing machine in apartment and drinking water dispenser were great to have.
Check in process was baffling at first - no signage, and no prior information to us that we had to go to a suite on the fifth floor of one of the apartment buildings. It was fairly late at night and fortunately we were sent in the right direction by some non-English speaking locals and made enough noise in the hallway that an apartment door opened and the check in staffer looked after us very well from then on.
Good and central located nice and clean apartment.
The staff, Tracy was very help. She went all the wsy to help us feel at home. A very excellent staff.
