Hotel was perfect location/base for me during my stay. Food extremely good, room service excellent. Main road near hotel is currently under repair which does make travelling a little more difficult. |

Counter staff had good English response compared with many others. Food & staff on 2nd floor. Did not worth for 118RMB/person. |

The hotel is within 10 mins walk of a subway station from which access to major parts of the city is within 20-30 minutes reach. Taxis are also easy to catch for travelling within the PuDong area. I had a corner room with great views to the PuDong commercial district and across the HuangPo River. Good value for money. The furniture is styled for the 1990's. However if you are a business traveller it should be of no great concern. |

The price as well as the service. The breakfast was much too expensive. The breakfast has not offered much of western food. |

I liked the location (close to the metro station) and the room was quite nice The staff is unfriendly and cavalier, especially at check-out. The girls at the business centre have a very bad command of english and they could at least try to learn words like "printer", "computer" related to their service! |

Nice view from my window. The location indicated in the hotel's webpage does not correspond to where it really is! Far from city center. Bathroom a little bit old and dark. |

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Liked it enough to stay again at the end of my month in China. Excellent view, especially if you have a west facing room. Metro is 10 minutes walk away, not bad for Shanghai. The area (Pudong) is an ongoing building project and perhaps not the best to simply wander around. |

I liked the hotel from many prospectives: clean and comfortable, conveniently located (especially if you go to Shanghai New Expo). The personnel is friendly and helpful. |

Bardzo dobry hotel, z doskonałą angielsko-języczną obsługą, dobra lokalizacja (do metra ok 400m) w okolicy mnóstwo restauracji. Do centrum biznesu Pudong 15 m spacerkiem . |

La fenêtre de la chambre est resté ouverte durant tous mon séjour. D'un point de vue sécurité et pour le vent cela m'a semblé limite à la vue du standing de l'hotel. |

Close to tourist attraction areas. Great view if you're staying in a room facing west. Room amenities are well sufficient, nice rooms. No hot water during busy hours, big inconvenience. English speaking level of the employees is very low. All main roads around are under construction due to upcoming 2010 Shanghai Expo, so, difficult to get around. |

飯店員工服務很好,'房間設施也不錯.也提供免費的上網優惠就整體來說是非常合理的住宿 上海的交通太亂了尤其是計程車司機素質非常差拒載客戶非常普遍且為怕被投訴多以不認識路為藉口拒載僅兩天的- 旅遊因為出租車的低品質讓我對此城市印象非常差.強烈建議2010世博絕對不要到上海.絕對會是一場厄夢 |

基本的にスタッフの方は親切．ただ，一部のスタッフの方は英語に慣れていないようでした．最上階のレストラ- ンは，好みもあると思いますが家族は喜んでいました． それが普通なのかもしれませんが，チェックアウト時に要求しないとレシートを貰うことができませんでした．- |
