The breakfast, though an expensive add-on, had an extensive selection from congee, dim sum and sushi, to full 'English' breakfast fry-ups, to cereal, breads, pastries, freshly made crepes, omelettes etc. The concierge service was very helpful getting taxis and explaining to the driver where you were going. The location was also very central.

The address card provided was unhelpful in getting taxis - it became easier to ask someone else to write down the address of the nearest big street (Wanfujing Dajie) and go from there.

Acoustic insulation is excellent. Facilities very good in general. Food excellent.The Spa, pool and mainly the massage service are very pleasant.

For this Hotel level, to have quite few more PC computers with internet, like the two you have on the 19th floor, will be appreciate. Also with a much faster ADSL, as actually is too slow.

Breakfast very good, though expensive for Beijing. Situation perfect and pleasant outlook from our spacious room. The arrival of a birthday cake in our room when they found out it was my wife's birthday was a nice touch.

TV reception poor and bathroom due to be renovated.

I think the counter staff, conceige staff are very friendly and helpful.

Yes, the cleaner did not do a very good job. The toiletries are not were not replenished, towels were not replaced.The room is warm.

Var lidt forbavset over at blive "upgraderet" til et bedre værelse, hvad det ikke var. Det var to rum, med en stor seng. "minisuite", men det så forfærdeligt ud og jeg måtte bruge talegaverne for at få, hvad jeg havde bestilt. Det fik jeg dog og resten af opholdet var rigtig godt.

Fik hotelopholdetspris i US dollars, ville være bedre i yuan.
