The breakfast was very tasty and diverse, the room had free internet(my room was on a premium floor), the location of the hotel is very close to many tourist attractions in Beijing. there were some problems with the hot water in the evenings but were resolved after talking to the front desk. |

Have stayed in China three times this year and been coming here for ten years this is the best run hotels I have stayed in. All the staff were happy to assist with anything we needed. The room was very clean and kept that way during our stay by the cleaning staff. The restaurant had a wide range of food and the staff gave a first class service. The hotel was near to all the attractions we wanted to see and next to the metro station. We will return and recommend this hotel to all of our friends ! No free Wifi in rooms but thats all ! |

The hotel was in an excellent location, with very helpful staff and very clean and comfortable rooms. There is free internet access with computer points in the lobby which is very convenient for travelers who do not carry lap tops on holiday. There is a post office located in the hotel which is very useful. The concierge was always extremely helpful. overall this is a great hotel especially for those who do not speak the language as there is always help on hand. The breakfast is over priced. |

This hotel is centraly located, the subway station is right in front of it. Getting to the main attractions is only 15-20 minutes of walking or 2 dollars by taxi. The computers used for free internet in the lobby are Apple and for those who are not used to them, well .......... . |

This hotel is central so very easy to go anywhere. The subway is outside the entrance making this location easy, cheap and quick The Hotel is too busy not enough staff on duty. always a long Que to check in or out. The room shower was blocked. Too busy to fix it and room flooded twice. Better Service at Holiday Inn Beijing |

Subway station is literally next to the hotel. Shopping malls, places to eat. Staff assisted whenever I needed help or translated for me. Beds were extremely to hard, however, the did accommodate me to a different room wth a slightly softer mattress. |

Excellent customer service, always there to help when ever needed. It's very central with a shopping centre and supermarket just few minutes walk from the hotel. Excellent transportation, there are always the hotel staff standing outside who is more than happy to hault a taxi for you. Not to mentioned off course the subway station is just right outside the hotel and for 2 RMB for each journey you can get to all the sightseeing places, except the Greatwall I managed to join a tour for 290 RMB to the Greatwall and the Ming Tomb including lunch, the lunch was delicious, off course there is a catch the guide will take you on two factories shopping trip, but you don't have to buy anything and its only takes 1/2 hour each trip. Not enough internet and a very expensive breakfast. |

the location, the rooms are not that bad, and the staff are very hospitable. the breakfast buffet, it is not that good it needs more kinds of foods, specifically the specialties of beijing. add more selection, the room rate is a little expensive |

very nice, clean and modern hotel. international croud. there is a sub-way station just outside the hotel door. the beds are very tough - but thats a problem for westerners all across china... no real complaints other than that. |

1.We were treated to free drinks while waiting for our room to be ready. 2.Free wifi at the lobby. 3. Very near to subway station 1. Only one PC and one printer available at the business centre 2. The front desk staff wrongly wrote the name of the railway station for us to pass to the taxi driver. So, instead of going to Beijing North Railway station we were sent to Beijing West station instead. This caused us to miss our flight back to KL. We had to buy tickets to Guangzhou to catch our flight to KL on the same day. |
