the room was good. Taxi service was readily available. Stores were within walking distance. the cost of hotel transportation to and from the airport is too expensive. The driver was not there to meet us when we arrived at the airport. We waited for about 30 minutes looking for the driver. Maybe the reception staff at night are not quite receptive towards people, but it seemed the staff tried to hurry me when checking in. The bill was not explained very well and I felt like I was being charged twice for the same room, by credit card and by cash. I had to find out myself that I was charged by cash instead of credit card although I had made reservation by credit card. Anyway, I hope I was not charged twice. |

cortesia ed efficienza dello staff (in particolare mr. Glenn), possibiltà di utilizzare gratuitamente palestra e piscina dell'adiacente Sofitel, struttura confortevole e tranquilla, buon rapporto qualità prezzo forse non proprio centralissimo, ci si deve muovere in taxi per arrivare ai luoghi di maggior interesse |

Buena situación del hotel próximo a la Drum Tower dentro de la ciudad amurallada. Buena atención por parte del personal del hotel. La ducha que no tragaba suficiente y se formaba charco y el aire condicionado que aunque no era escandaloso hacia un poco de ruido. |
