They hold a large amount of money in my credit card in the evening, and then in the morning said, that there is not enough money on card.

Location is excellent, right in the heart of Shanghai, especially convenient for people attending a conference at the International Convention Centre

Good quite room and bed, nice bathroom and decent facilities. Close to the bund -pudong river restaurants and to ifc mall,

Did not take 2 of three usual, Chinese payment cards, asked me to go to the atm (In the Lobby) where the cards work just fine. No WiFi in the room unless you ask for a WiFi router. 500Rmb deposit per night over the room rate.

Proximity to centre of Shanghai business district and tourist spots. Close to Huangpo River.

I am a non-smoker. I should have requested a non smoking room. Having settled in to the room I decided to put up with the cigarette odour. Didn't enjoy that aspect, but I was too lazy to move rooms. Also Breakfast was too expensive. But you did have an enormous range of food options to choose from, so obviously expensive to set up.

Nice people; good location for Lujiazui/ Pudong

Bad design

The location. Good accessibility to the major sight seeing spots of Shanghai. The river side view from room was great.

Poor attitude. Poor professionalism. I booked my room on the day of Check- in, with discounted price through Booking.com, however we were charged regular price. The explanation from the staff was; because their booking dept. Is not in the office and cannot confirm my booking record in the system. The worst word which got me irritated was "This is not our business, you should talk with Booking.com" Anyway, the one thing clear is that I will never use this hotel again.

The location, it's right next to a mall so it's very convenient.

It's opposite the Waitan tunnel and the tourist destination plays loud music every day, which I can hear from my room. Breakfast is not great.

Location close to Tower. Have been there 6 years ago and appeared much better than now.

No attractive bars or discotheks in hotel; you need to go out of the hote. Snacks at lobby bar very ppor e.g. no Cesar Salad which you could bring from other restaurant.
