Is Conveniently Located to the center of the city. 1) I was unlucky to get a checking person that was not familiar with their internal processes. 2) They upgraded us to a Non Smoking room that it really smell terrible. 3) It is a good Budget Hotel for local people. But not for overseas customers.

Staff were good. Assistant Manager Martin was fantastic. Rooms in poor condition for a 5 star hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to others.

Very disappointing hotel, doesn't deserve 5 stars, the room was not very clean, the bathroom very old fashioned. Room service really average and staff nice but not very competent. I never had the breakfast ordered in room. Will not come back.

Habitaciones amplias y muy limpias. Estilo muy europeo NO hay Wi-Fi en las habitaciones, tan solo hay cable que para los MAC es un inconveniente.

Location, size and quality of room was surprisingly good Not clean enough and surly staff. Front desk did not offer wifi information to us. Also check-in/check-out took a long time.
