Wifi is not for free and the connection is really bad is your going to pay for that. If you are not going to have chinese Breakfast, Western is really bad, coffe is not hot, and the bread is old

Bar prices pretty high. Beer comes close 7 euro including the service charge.

The room looked much bigger than the actual size because of the mirrors. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom was very clean. The overall feeling was very pleasant. I would highly recommend this hotel to travelers who enjoy comfort, relaxation and a good night's sleep.

The breakfast was not up to expected quality. The spread was good but it was not well done. If not for the fact that one breakfast was given free to each room, it really was not worth paying so much for the meal. The location was not the best in town. However, as Xiamen was not a very big city, it was easy to get around by taxi.

Room is cozy compared to price. Staffs are kind and helpful.

Breakfast is 150CNY but should be much better. Location is not in the center of tourism. Small driving entrance.

Terrific concierge,good service from front desk and housekeeping,courteous,very helpful,always smiling.

During our check-in,our room safe kept reading low batt. We called and this was immediately taken care of and solved.

Close to bar street. Gym was good. Lot's of TV channels

Charged 60 rmb/day for internet. Hotel is a bit run down. Rooms lack electrical outlets. Charged a service fee of 15% so price listed is misleading.

My stay was really comfortable and the staff was friendly. The Pan Pacific brand certainly lives up to it's name.

The rooms are spacious and clean and the staff are always friendly.

Rooms were fairly large and well decorated. Bathrooms were also spacious and clean. Fairly flexible in their room service items and check out times.

Wifi was not provided free. Breakfast was very expensive. Bed linen was not changed daily. Concierge not very aware of malls, places to eat etc. Had to find info on my own through internet.

Non avevano la camera che avevo prenotato, me ne hanno data una più costosa e quanto è peggio mi hanno addebitsto il deposito che era 1.800 cny anziche 1.300 cny. Il costo della camera in origine doveva essere 828 cny da una prenozione con Voi a 89 € + 15% 102 € mi hanno addebitato 221 € . Questi comportamenti meritano l' esclusione dalla lista. Grazie
