Exceptionally well appointed rooms and bathroom. Great location, everything within walking distance

Great location for experiencing Shanghai. Rooms above 12th floor reduced noise to almost nothing. Great! Spacy and well-equipped rooms with a warm atmosphere. Very friendly and helpful staff in breakfast room.

The restaurant closed too early to have a relaxed dinner after a normal working day. The exercice equipment was rather limited. I had to leave before the normal breakfast time on the last day, and the reception staff could have found a solution for providing me with breakfast. I even paid for it. This was a turn-off and left me with a more negative impression than the hotel really deserved.

Water leakage around the bathtub. The toilet floor went completely wet after showering.

Good room size and the bed was just so comfortable. Good selection at breakfast. Very efficient checking in and out.

Combined reception area at ground floor is a bit of a mess although there was usually someone from the hotel to help navigate. Breakfast staff were a bit slow in clearing up to free tables. Fitness room is basic.

The gym is very small for a hotel of this size with no TVs or exercise mats like you would normally expect from this standard of hotel.

As this was a soft opening, the restaurant closed at 5 pm. However I did have lunch and breakfast at the hotel and it was very good. The location was wonderful, near the temple station, and the staff could not have been more helpful.

A heads up before booking about the soft opening hours would have been nice, but the letter in the room was good. There should be more western style food in the morning, like poached eggs, and freshly prepared pancakes.

Excellent room and amenities. Breakfast was good. Staff at 12th floor reception and breakfast were very pleasant and helpful.

Unmarked entrance. Several "staff" (or were they?) at the entrance but of no help whatsoever. Reception on the 12th floor so you have to struggle with bags as no assistance or welcome. I wouldn't stay here again as there is plenty of choice at this quality & price

Great value for a Shanghai Hotel - equivalent or better than many higher rated hotels - next to metro 2 direct from both airports and right at the start of the Nanjing Road experiences

All was great - no complaints

Very near to Metro Station and Airport Shuttle Service walkable 2 minutes from the Hotel.

No reception in ground level and only 12th floor small reception area,5 star property hotel and it is difficult to find out and at the entrance of the building security does not know English and also they won't help you to reach at the 12th Floor neither they will carry your luggage and your need to pull or lift if you have 2 or 3 bags, just they will looking at your face how your lifting luggage from your taxi. Reception staff not aware of Shuttle services nor they guide you how to move through public transport services only they will tell you we can arrange taxi.

Location, location, location! Very clean with professional staff members. Great size room with a very comfortable bed for the money. Priced below what others are charging. Will definitely stay at this Hotel again and recommend it to anyone. Great breakfast too.

Wonderful decor, superb location, very helpful staff who went out of their way to help. We were upgraded to a deluxe room which ticked all the boxes. Excellent breakfast with eggs made to order. Great location. Would highly recommend.

The best hotel so far, good facility,Super clean room. Staff well trained. Definitely stay in this hotel again and will recommend it to all my work colleagues and friends.

Entrance at street level smelled bad (it is a common entrance to the building, the hotel lobby is on a high floor The gym smelled like cigarette smoke the first day I went to work out The staff's English was generally very poor which made them somewhat unhelpful; for example I asked them for help finding a Citibank branch and they couldn't understand. I asked for a toothbrush and probably wouldn't have gotten that either except for extensive teeth brush motions

Good Location and comfortable bed

Poor western breakfast. They can bring eggs when you order but it was delivered cold every time. After I payed 100% of my bill because of early departure (4 am), I had to pay another deposit for staying in the room 6 more hours. I had to return my key three times because it didn't work in the elevator or the room. There is no bar. They can only sell you full bottles of whiskey. Small to warm Fitness room. The toilet was blocked causing a terrible smell. Staff was friendly and tried to solve some issues but didn't succeed. Then left it as it is.
