Great hotel with wonderful friendly staff. Location fantastic yet quiet & peaceful - an escape from the bustling city. As lovely as this hotel is, it's the staff that truly make it shine. Without exception, they are friendly, welcoming and always ready with a smile. Stay here, you won't regret it. Highly recommended!

Food offering at breakfast in club lounge was limited.

Excellent location- close to good restaurants,shopping and subway. Hotel was upscale and clean and set back from the busy street. The staff spoke English.

The staff is friendly, helpful, and most obliging. Their buffet breakfast has the most variety and makes our morning most welcome. The ambience of the hotel is beautiful. We love the decor.

There is nothing we did not like.

Near Wangfujing Street with a lot of shopping possibilities, Starbucks opposite the Hotel, Near the Wangfujing Night market, AirPort Transfer costs about 90 rmb by Taxi, we got the option to increase our room level for a good Price, early Check in without a Problem, Club opportunities: breakfast on 2nd Floor and Lounge on 15th, in the happy Hour you can have snacks and drinks there (only 2 hohes)

Service staff a little bit uncoordinated,

excessive prize of breakfasts. Many guests will go every morning to the Starbucks coffee nearby

Hotel is located close to Dowtown and metro station is 3 minutes away from the hotel. Cleanness of the hotel and the very good service.

Breakfast could be improved.

We were lucky enough to spend our first visit in China here. This place was everything we hoped it would be and better. Not only was the room fantastic but the service we received from the staff was overwhelming... we will never forget the time we spent here.

We went for a special deal that gave us an upgrade to a club room, breakfast, happy hour every evening and a late check out on the last day - it was great value (cant remember the exact cost but it wasn't much). Room was huge and the staff were nice and the location was pretty good too. Overall, excellent.

The room temperature was hard to regulate, it got a bit chilly sometimes but otherwise nothing

everything was quite perfect but...

... no heating in the room! I had a suite. I'm not interested as guest in any circumstances due to municipality decisions! For such cases I do expect solutions.

Everything. Specially "Happy Hours" all evenings hot veg food was made and serve with wine on my request.

Paper bag with your hotel name was not a good quality. Gum could not last for more than 2-3 hours and could not even cary 2.5 kgs

Room was chilly on arrival, but we were immediately provided with a heater.

Location is excellent, and the bed is comfortable. But that`s about it.

Terrible value for money !! a/c was not working (only cooling, even during the freezing beijing winter). The concierge staff tried to rip up off everytime we called a cab (saying there were fixed charges for everything, even though we`ve been traveling to China for 10 years, and know very well taxis use meters like anywhere else in the world)! And when we tried talking to the hotel management about this, we were told that`s how things worked in Beijing !! Even the staff in the Starbucks in front were more helpful then the hotel guys!

Location was perfect. With the Metro station within 2 minutes walk from the hotel and a Starbucks right outside the hotel. Wangfujing street was very close by and Sanlitun street was 10 minutes by taxi.

Reasonable price compared with other hotels nearby

the staff were courteous, amenities fantastic, happy hour and breakfast was superb, very family orientated, loved that we got free bottled water, very close to MTR station, comfortable rooms

The staff at the front desk and the concierge area were very helpful.

The dining area was very cold, had to eat with coats on.

The rooms were decorated very lovely. The beds were comfortable. And the staff was excellent

That you could hear what was going on in the rooms on either side of you.
