We booked a suite and the experience was perfect. Staff very nice and helpfull, got immediately a extra carpet although asking at 10pm. All spoke good english. Comfortable beds. Central location near to shopping and sight seeing. We recommend this hotel very much. |

Right next to the subway station. 5 min hotel to shops bars and restaurants &street markets 10/15 mins Tianamen Sq. Well appointed hotel . Room upgrade offered for very little extra. Very spacious room. Very good if slightly expensive restaurant. Very good concierge service. |

99% of things. It was a fantastic hotel. Great room, great staff, great food, great location The 15% service charge on everything makes sundries very expensive by even european standards not only chinese standards. 52Rmb for a small bottle of tsingtao including service is way too much. |

Very nice facilities and breakfast, would cost much more in Europe for such a hotel. The breakfast price at around 180 RNB (around 18 euro) very expensive for China. Despite this, however, the room price remains attractive. |

Very comfortable rooms, attractive understated decor, good breakfast and good location. Good concierge arranged day trip to great wall. Better communicaton between front desk and club lounge needed. Check in took longer than expected. |

Everything about the Park Plaza is excellent. The location is very convenient for shopping and sightseeing, the staff is helpful and courteous and speak good English, and the rooms are beautiful and well-appointed. Room service is available, there are two restaurants inside the hotel, and there is a Starbucks and more more restaurants just outside the front door. I highly recommend this hotel! |

Comfortable, great location with helpful and friendly staff! Price of bar drinks and more expensive pricing of shows, trips from the hotels concierge than given in other hotels/hostels. |

This hotel was wonderful and far surpassed our expectations. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were large and comfortable. The location of the hotel is central with the metro station at its door. We recommend this hotel for good value and comfort. |

The staff was extremely helpful with deleteing or adding to my itinerary. They always had maps available with excellent directions. I do not speak Chinese and they were just great!!! They got me a driver for my remote great wall adventure, taxi's at all times, Starbucks is 50 yrds from front door! Walk to many site and great restaurants- Dadong for Peking Duck! There was nothing negative about this hotel!!!! |
