Nothing, The hotel was very far from the city

I checked out in the next day while I booked for 4 nights. The hotel staff were very poor and they try to get as much money as they can. The Taxi to the city center will cost 200 RMB for each trip so the difference in the Hotel price you will pay it for the Taxi.

My credit card has been charged of payment of a room which I booked but which should be paid cash and they didn't ask for my signature.

They hotel has lied on many places that it is 15 minutes away from canton fair IT IS 45 MINUTES AWAY FROM CANTON FAIR! SO BEWARE

I liked the luxury and service of the hotel.

I liked the garden, hall way looked great! Breakfast buffet was ok!

The hotel is old, don't match 5 star! The wall of room had big mess, room smell, carpet not so clean, the wall of shower stain too, I need to change room after I settle down every thing, felt really uncomfortble, plus my thoat got hurt by having dinner with Chinese food, English were very poor, the management term need to be straight out. The hotel need to be fix right away! No delay!

Its wondefull hotel for relax and quiet area far than the down town but there is the bus shuttle service it help;not all the stuff knowing english language but this matter is also same on almost of the hotels I visited in china ;this is my seven visit to china;for me I can repeat my staying in phoenix hotel ;because my target visit is to see the fair ;but for peoples who care to go daily to the market its better for them to choose closer places to the market .

Its peace of art;and reasonable price comparing with others 5 stars hotels;if in future the railway metro station opening one line to this near that hotel ;he will be the most famous hotel in guangdong province.

Excellent hotel. Located in a picturesque location. The downside for me was the distance from the city. But I recommend to visit this wonderful place. The hotel can order Horsham massage and spa treatments. In one shop I ordered a costume and sewing shirts for my size. And it is very inexpensive!

الأسعار تغيرت عند الوصول مع أيضاً طلبوا المبلغ كاملا مع 3000 تأ مين وهذه سبب رئيسئ في التقييم لان ذلك لم يذكر في الحجز مع العلم ان الحجز كان عن طريق الكريدت كارت الفيزا لهذا ارجو ان يوضح للعميل كافة الشروط والمتطلبات حتى يوافق او لا ولا يفاجأ عند الوصول

Stort og flott hotel med mange fasiliteter, inne og utebasseng langt fra byens støy og kjas. Shuttlebuss til tog, fly og messe.

Store hotellrom, men de var mørke og har for lite belysning. Dårlig med engelskkunnskapene blant servitørene på hotellets resturanter. Veldig tregt trådløst internett. Et flott hotell men desverre preget av altfor dårlig utvendig vedlikehold, i både bassengområde og i hagen ellers. Poolbaren var verken åpen eller innbydende.

отвратительный сервис: никто не говорит ни по русски ни по английски. никто ничего не понимает. кухня очень не вкусная и однообразная. номер был с выходом на сторону сауны, так там всю ночь на улице стоял галдеж, а шумоизоляция в номере никакая. но самое ужасное это спа центр с бешенными ценами и ужасными старыми креслами, и сауна: педикюр лучше не делать, там его делают мужчины причем скальпелем. без какой либо сан обработки. такого кошмара я еще не видела. маникюр так же без сан обработки и даже старый лак не удаляют, а просто подстригают ногти и рвут безбожно кутикулу. причем женский зал мне только показали, а в итоге протащили меня в мужскую половину (там не комнаты а клоповники какие- то) после ужасающе страшного педикюра и обстановки сауны мне хотелось собрать вещи и уехать домой. и что самое обидное даже высказать ничего нельзя, никто не говорит по английски. также отель находится очень далеко от центра города, и от достопримечатеьностей, а также от аэроорта. лишь выставочный центр в 20 минутах езды, да и тот через платные дороги. мебель в номерах немного старая, ковролан был в нашем номере оооочень грязный -весь в пятнах.

отель хороший, все удобства, настоящие пять звёзд. в экологически чистом районе.

далеко от центра города и аэропорта.
