The people at he Service Desk were polite and professional. However, their understanding of English was variable depending on who you talked to. Better English ability would be good. |

Prime Hotel has an excellent position at the beginning of the centre street Wangfujing Dajie. It is elegant and comfortabel.I have already booked this Hotel 3 years in row. The staff still speaks poor English which is not appropriate for a hotel of this standard besides the fact that in case of help or understanding is always a struggle. |

The hotel lobby was wery nice, and the staff is polite.. Room furniture is old, in wellness/spa centar nobody speeks english (for the 5 star hotel, that is unexcaptable!!) |

the location was great, but you can still find a better value for your money at a different close by hotel. i didnt like that the stuff didnt speak english and made a mistake with our reservation. the design is pretty old and should be renovated. i think it's more suitble to get 4* instead of 5* |

A lot of Chinese people staying there. Culturally more interesting than at a place full of Westerners. Very friendly staff. Good atmosphere and value for money was good. |

The rooms were spacious and had a nice view of the Forbidden City (at least parts of it). The bed was very comfortable. The fitness room is extremely outdated. The only thing that worked was a running machine, there were a couple of bikes and a stepper that didn't work, though. The weights are also extremely old and run-down. |

First we didn't like that in five star hotel almost no one speak in English. Than staff is always disturbing with payment "deposit sir, deposit sir". Then when we were cheeking out i ask for the taxi in reception, it took them 20 minute's to understand that i am late to the airport and arrange asap, when came out of the hotel we took a taxi strait away. |

Det mesta var mycket bra och jag har bott där tidigare. Ligger lugnt men ändå nära centrum vilket är en bra kombination Att man inte på hemsidan informerat om att massage och pool var stängd för juldecorationer samt att det inte fanns pengar i bankomaten.Frukosten 158 CNY är alldeles för dyr måste ner i pris. Är det fortfarande samma pris på frukosten nästa resa jag gör, väljer jag annat hotell. Man skall kunna äta en hyfsad frukost på hotellet man bor och inte behöva gå ut på stan där man får en mycket bra frukost för halva priset. |

Wir benutzen dieses Hotel 4x/Jahr seit 9 Jahren. Buffetspeisen sind unserer Meinung günstig und gut. Wünsche an das Restaurantpersonal werden freundlichst erfüllt. Natürlich kennen wir mehrere Mitarbeiter schon persönlich. Sehr gutes Verhältnis haben wir zum Chefkoch, Herrn Liu. |

Su localización muy céntrico. Habitación muy grande y espaciosa. El personal del hotel no habla bien el inglés, es complicado entenderse con ellos.Es un poco antiguo. |
