the location was great, but you can still find a better value for your money at a different close by hotel. i didnt like that the stuff didnt speak english and made a mistake with our reservation. the design is pretty old and should be renovated. i think it's more suitble to get 4* instead of 5* |

A lot of Chinese people staying there. Culturally more interesting than at a place full of Westerners. Very friendly staff. Good atmosphere and value for money was good. |

The rooms were spacious and had a nice view of the Forbidden City (at least parts of it). The bed was very comfortable. The fitness room is extremely outdated. The only thing that worked was a running machine, there were a couple of bikes and a stepper that didn't work, though. The weights are also extremely old and run-down. |

First we didn't like that in five star hotel almost no one speak in English. Than staff is always disturbing with payment "deposit sir, deposit sir". Then when we were cheeking out i ask for the taxi in reception, it took them 20 minute's to understand that i am late to the airport and arrange asap, when came out of the hotel we took a taxi strait away. |

Insgesamt dürfte das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmen; der unten genannte Preis bezieht sich auf ein Zimmer in der Royal- regency-club-Etage mit ausgezeichnetem individuellen Service, wie eigenem Check-in/out, großem Frühstücksbuffet und Nachmittagssnack in separater Lounge auf der Etage, kostenloser DSL-Zugang in allen Zimmern, sehr günstige Telefonkosten nach Deutschland (8 RMB/Min.), usw. Etwas irritierend ist die Rechnungsstellung bzw. die unübersichtliche und nicht unbedingt vorteilhafte Devisenkursumrechnung. Konkret: 186,30 USD (= Zimmerpreis lt. booking.com inkl. Servicezuschlag) = (lt. Hotelumrechnung) 1274,29 RMB = 141,37 EUR definitive Kreditkartenbelastung (Der buchungsaktuelle Visa-Geldkurs beträgt 1 USD = 0,73 EUR => 186,30 USD = 136,- EUR) |

Hieno ja siisti hotelli. Hyvä sijainti. Hotelliin piti jättää deposit, kun kirjoittautui sisään. Sen suuruus oli enemmän kuin huoneen hinta yhteensä. |

Ubicación excelente. Personal del hotel dio un trato muy bueno. Nivel de inglés del personal suficiente. En el cumpleaños de mi mujer nos dejaron una tarta en la habitación (no dijimos nada de que era su cumpleaños). Excellent location. Staff very good. They speak enough english. It was my wife´s birhtday and we found a birthday cake in our room. Contratamos una excursión a la Gran Muralla en el hotel. El guía era muy malo. Un poco caradura. Lo comentamos en el hotel. Nos pideron disculpas y nos dejaron un plato de frutas en la habitación. We booked a Great Wall tour in the hotel. The guide was very bad. We complained to the hotel they apologised and left a bowl of fruit in the room |
