Location, room, food, price

89 rmb per day internet seems little unreasonable. Nowadays the most of same standard hotels provide free internet even with room computer.

the ambiance is very relaxed and the security for residents is excellent.the rooms are very clean and the staff are very attentive to all requests at any time of day or night. it is a very well located hotel in my opinion and the room rate is competitive. the staff from the front door/concierge/desk/operator /cleaning people, servers/ general management are very polite and courteous to all , and are very patient in understanding what foreigners want.

there is still some construction noise at night time but ultimately this will benefit all guests in improved facilities, transport and shopping in the near future. the selection of restauarnts and coffee shop is too low quality for this area and it needs to be improved. the in room dining is better than the in-hotel restauarnts which is highly unusual. the business centre and executive lounge are badly designed, operated and laid out!the lobby shop does not always have the products i need!

It would be nice if they provided some room information, iincluding manual how to use safe and explanations of how internet can be used.

the hotel requests you to pay deposite while your checking in; we tried to convince them to sweipe with the credit card & hold the amount but they refused.

The location is good and the rooms were pleasant

Sadly, though I had been there about 10 years ago the standard has fallen. The porters were lazy, the desk staff unfriendly and the breakfast poor. I usually use a 3 star hotel nearby and decided to upgrade but wished I hadn't! Won't be going back.

The Prime hotel had a prime location from where it was easy to head off in any direction. The subway was only a block away.

1. I´m muslim and do not eat pork. I tried whith the staff to make fair breakfast thus as sussage without pork for me but they did not accept it. 2. I have checked out early morning at 05:50 and asked the hotel not to charge me for breakfast as I could not eat it so early (the beakfast was option and not included in room charge). This matter took about 30 minutes and was not solved, why I paid the breakfast without eating breakfast. Later when I reached my home, the changed my booking.

Good location. It is a walking distance for many sights (markets, temple of heaven, forbidden city...).

it is time to up grade as a 5 stars hotel today.

Staff are not up to speed on what modern day traveler's expect. This is a very old style Chinese hotel with staff that are very mistrusting of clients. We had a total of 23 nights accommodation booked over 5 rooms all secured on credit cards at reception by day 2 all of the party were constantly being locked out of our rooms and demands being made for more money to be deposited. A big hassle and all of the party were glad to put this one behind us. I have been visiting China for 10 years & stayed plus 200 nights but this still surprised me as the level of pressure applied is just not the China I am used too.

Sehr gute Lage - Verbotene Stadt und modernes Stadtzentrum zu Fuß zu erreichen. Sehr gutes Preis - Leistungs - Verhältnis.

Die Lage ist sehr gut für Besucher in Peking.

Wir waren das 30. Mal schon in diesem Hotel. Uns fehlt einfach eine Freundlichkeit beim Empfang und beim Check-out. Kein Wort zum Gruß, keine Frage , wie es uns gefallen hat. Uns fehlt , wie international bei dieser Kategorie üblich, das Ansprechen des Gastes, auch im Service.. Probleme bei jedem Aufenthalt : es wird immer der falsche Name eingetragen ( kann man den Paß nicht lesen ?) Dann wird immer wieder geprüft, daß ja Name und Zimmernummer nicht mit der Bestätigung auf der Frühstücks- und , Abendbestätigung laut Computer übereinstimmen würden. Das nervt. Jedoch , wir haben mit dem Chef Robert und seinen Köchen eine sehr gute freundliche Kommunikation ,

El hotel para los estándares chinos es excepcional, cerca de la ciudad prohibida, muy limpio y sobre todo con unas instalaciones muy buenas. Fue el último hotel en el que estuvimos en China después de un mes entero de vacaciones y la verdad fue uno de los mejores sino el mejor

Algún servicio está con precios totalmente fuera del mundo, en la habitación una botella de agua son como 12 euros, imprimir una hoja 2 euros, cosas así

Ottima la posizione per la visita della città,vicino alla fermata della metro ed alla zona pedonale commerciale. Ottima e varia la colazione,le stanze confortevoli e pulite,il personale gentile e professionale.

Mancanza assoluta dei salotti nella hall,per cui per poter sedersi si è obbligati ad usufruire del bar,dove le consumazioni sono carissime e non all'altezza della qualità offerta (4 caffè e 4 bicchieri d'acqua € 34,00!!)

La gente fumaba en el hotel y habia una cierta indiferencia por parte del personal, gimnasio y piscinas poco cuidados y sucios. Hotel q necesita reforma.
