Good Location, Good price. Beds are comfortable and breakfast has a great varied selection.

Our room was non-smoking but often smelt of cigarette smoke, which must have come through the vents. Many parts of the hotel are smoking which is unpleasant. There appears to be a lot of places for smokers. Reception, lobby, bar, 1st, 2nd floor which drifts up. Its ok but not a preference.

Great location, good food, free wifi and because we had our family with us it was a good hotel to leave them at and know they were in a good environment.

Buffet price

何度も泊まっているが、スタッフの応対は良く好感を持っている。

悪いという程ではないが、レストランのクッキングスタッフの笑みがなく、日本人を歓迎して無いのか？と感じ- る時がある。 当たり前？

Bed mattress was too hard (stiff)

全体的に清潔で、スタッフもフレンドリーで好感をもてる。

食事の味がイマイチ、部屋の清掃スタッフの一部の人はチップの有無で仕事が雑になる。

it was nice

Expensive compared to similar hotels nearby. i.e. Sofitel. At the Sofitel they have the same facilities and service but larger rooms, balconies and nicer views for considerably less money.

Many restaurants inside of hotel so that we can choose several options when we eat something. Close from dongguan city centre so it's quite convenient to look around if you want to.. And for our case, we don't have time to go out but we could enjoy hotel itself since that has small garden, and gallery and beautiful pool out there. If you have some time, u'd better take your swim suit so that you can enjoy more of your biz trip. melody lounge? that was quite nice to have casual drink and side menu. day and night.

Well... That was super annoying to check booking confirmation. since this hotel couldn't really find my booking record and they are not really good at english. so I need to call many times to re-check my booking to prevent sudden auto cancellation. I called booking.com service centre as well and booking.com also found that was hard to ask them to find my booking record. which was quite non-sense. Even I called many times and finally got answer from hotel 'they've found my booking' when I arrived that hotel they couldn't find my booking record again!! what a annoying case it is... Well.. anyway I got room at the end of that annoying steps.. And.. u'd not better eat lunch at the buffet cos there are too many local people and you need to fight with them if u want to eat something proper dish from buffet. and really expensive. prefer to eat pasta or other dish rather than buffet.
