Excellent European support staff (a couple of intern students). I particularly asked for an executive room with aircon. In my four day stay they aircon worked sporadically between 8PM and 2AM where at other times only the fan was functional. After several complaints it seemed that the aircon system is only utilized on a periodic basic. Many other perks (executive lounge room which you paid for) is non existent. Also smoking is permitted all over the hotel. Hence with no aircon in major parts of the hotel, there drift a humid stench in the corridors. The hotel is located in a dump (poorest part of town). Also extremely noisy. You can forget about a good nights rest.
