Really bad services,which is including poor room services. Even when you complained, the duty manager also will not give you a good explanation. Very bad!

The room was a villa with a private pool. It was very very nice. The pool was beautiful, large and clean. The room and the garden around were great! Nice furniture, very confortable king size bed, huge space, attention to the details by the housekeepers. The spa was also awesome and the personnel very kind and prepared.

Some of the personnel looks like not trained enough. Many of them were not fluent in English (sometimes even not speaking English at all) and I am referring to personnel at reception, not housekeepers. They were not always proactive and did not show an open willingness to help you when requested, as they were supposed when you stay in a 5 star luxury resort. Anyway, despite of that, my stay was great and I will come back with my family soon, because the location and the facility are woderful.

Rooms were nice but I had a bad experience so they moved me into a private villa which was wonderful. Quality of breakfast and choice. Swimming pool.

I have asked for a morning call but noone called and I had a business meeting so hopefully I woke up! Staff is nice but they do not speak any word of English. Too much noise in the first room. The reservation from booking.com was not there when we arrived so we had to wait for a long time.

Very good for quiet free time.

Bra läge. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Rummen rymliga och rena. Fantastiskt poolområde på hotellet. Bra frukost.

被免费升级到别墅，很是意外。别墅条件很好，设施齐全，树木环抱。海滩距离其它酒店远，所以很安静。

离沙滩有些远，需要坐车。房间里有很多蚂蚁，服务员打扫卫生不仔细。

курение разрешено в корпусе и на рецепшене отеля. мы страдали от множества курящих гостей отеля. приходилось периодически задраивать все окна от дыма сигарет. очень высокие цены на спа услуги. приходилось ездить в город за 25км, где цены в 5 раз ниже. то же касается стоимости ужина.

當我抵達酒店的那一剎那,我就愛上了這個地方,因為這個酒店外觀真的讓人很有度假的感覺,南洋風的別墅讓人看到整個心情就開心了起來;酒店的環境很清幽,尤其是在大堂,即使有很多房客待在那兒,還是很安靜,坐在沙發椅上風輕輕吹拂著臉龐,讓人都捨不得離開那. 酒店的服務人員素質也很好,讓人感覺很親切,是一個值得我們再次入住的酒店選擇 !!

My husband and I liked the quietness of the resort (aside from a few loud guests) and we enjoyed the beauty and style of it. We spent a lot of time in the pool which was gorgeous and was never very crowded. The American Steak House restaurant was excellent. The resort was very close to the beach and we also enjoyed relaxing there. The rooms were very clean and overall it was peaceful.

We did not care for staff knocking on our door several times a day asking if we wanted things such as 'turn down service' or clothes washed. We had a few issues and it was very difficult to communicate with the staff as they did not know English and were also not very good at Mandarin (my husband can speak it). There wasn't anyone in the resort that really could speak English well enough as you would expect. The buffet dinner was somewhat disappointing and was not what you would expect at an expensive resort. The room, while nice, was also a little less than what we were expecting.

the hotel is very beautifull even is it is not on the beach (need few minutes with golf-car).

the staff in my opinion is not up to the level... for example I got an upgrade for the room because the type of room that I booked was not available. The second day the evening around 8 pm while I was going out for dinner they stopped me in the lobby and asked me to move in another room of lower level because now was available... not very kind

The staff talked english rather good nad they were very helpfull Fantastic poolarea with big ooportunities to relax. Just a short ride with a golfcar to the sea. Great beach!! Variations with the food. It was severel choisis and very welltasting food
