No Lobby to sit and have to sit on floor. I will not stay again.

Close to Sun Yat Sen Metro (subway) station which you can use to reach everywhere in the city. The staff try to help as much as possible and are very friendly with a nice smile on their faces.

The room needed a closet for keeping my cloths in as I had to keep them in my bag for the whole trip. More Arabic satellite channels are needed as too many people from Arabian countries go to this hotel, because the are only 3 Arabic channels and 32 Chinese ones. No breakfast was included in the package.

Location

anyone speaks english or others language exepte chinease. Hotel staff is not polite

Perefect choice for Value vs Money

Family run and helpful front desk with storing our luggage for the day! We felt safe too with security around.

Its located inside an office building block. so not so easily noticeable from outside but our taxi man had no problem.

Location, price

The first thing I liked was they have English speaking, friendly and helpful receptionists. The rooms were clean and whatever I needed prompt help was given ( help with tv, internet, general questions etc...)

If anything I would have to say the location, there isn't too much near the hotel.

Nice bathroom

The front desk staff are the most unfriendly I have ever encountered. They struggle with English and are not willing to try and help in any way. The hotel is also in a building that has construction going on in one part so we had jack hammers going until 23:30. One night we also had guys running and shouting in the hallways until 4am. Even when complaining to the staff they did nothing. One of my worst stays in any hotel!

Very nice hotel with good location, Bus stop font of hotel , take about 5 minute to walk to Metro . Staff very nice and can speak English. I book no windown room , but when i came this room was full , and they change us to the better room ( with windown) without any extra money.

The elevator is very noise and you can hear people taking outside especial in evening. Windown view is not good, front of the old bulidng.

Forest Hotel is a poor hotel. The staff are not professional. I was regret choosing the hotel for my stay. The hotel were requested a sum for the room deposit when i check in and they requested me to top up the deposit again in the middle of the night. In our case they started calling us up at 10.30pm when i was ready to go to sleep. They call me up for every half an hour for the deposit (despite of my request to top it up the next morning) until i came down to the counter and paid the additional sum they requested. As i booked the hotel for 2 days, the next day they did not allowed me to come to my room (they block the room door key) and asked me to pay the full amount plus a further security deposit before they would allow me to come to my room again. The management of the hotel were extremely poor and unprofessional and the first time we entered the room, it was not properly clean up and the room was very small. I was surprised that i booked this kind of hotel which has a very poor quality. The hotel rate was also not cheap which makes me feel being cheated and disappointed.

Tv is very confusing

The staffs, I don't think they're friendly and they barely can speak English! The main one that work there almost all the time during the day can't speak English at all! Also they seemed annoyed when you bothered them.

Отель по цене и местоположению вполне нормален. Все в шаговой доступности.

Проживали в отеле в новогодние праздники. В некоторых номерах очень холодно, но меняли без проблем. Менеджеры на ресепшен тупят, но все терпимо.

Thuận tiện tham quan thành phố.

Tính tiền quy đổi USD và ra hoá đơn hơi chậm.

Приличный отель для посещения выставок, близость метро. Чистые номера, персонал адекватный и дружелюбный. Русский не понимают, как и большинство людей в Китае, английский без проблем. Кондиционер индивидуальный.

Нет ресторана, есть забегаловки рядом. Скорость интернета - но это болезнь всех отелей.

Hotel ini berdekatan dengan Guangzhou Metro (Sun Yat Sen Memorial Park Station) iaitu lebihkurang 150m sahaja berjalan kaki.

Bilik airnya berdinding cermin dan tiada pintu bilik air. Pendingin udaranya kurang sejuk dan biliknya agak sempit tidak sesuai untuk percutian berkeluarga.

Accueil déplorable, check in très long, internet ne marchait pas dans la chambre qui se définit comme affaire..

It's cheap. Cleanliness acceptable. Staff is helpful.
