Excellent location and reasonable price. The hotel is located at the city centre and close to many shopping centres, restaurants, supermarkets, airport bus station and tourist visiting points.

The swimming pool and its changing room are very dirty and poorly managed. The staff working in the swimming pool were very rough and unfriendly at all particularly when the receptionist "warned" us to wear the swimming cap although we had already showed him our swimming caps. The front desk staff refused to give me back the pre-authorisation of credit card payment for deposit although I had settled all the bills in cash after check-out. They said it was their practice not to return the guarantee payment slip because my credit card was issued in Hong Kong, not issued by a Mainland Chinese bank. It was totally ridiculuous and I had already complainted to the General Manager of the hotel. Although the hotel is managed by Hong Leong Group, the management standard is far below the international standard. The hotel staff are mainly local Mainland Chinese with no concept of good hospitality to the customer. The indoor heater in the hotel room is too hot and dry and the staff can do nothing to improve it. The cups in the hotel room are dirty. You should clean the cups by yourselves before using them. Otherwise, you should be prepared to have diarrhea!

This was my third time booking this hotel. You can see one of my previous reviews here on Booking.com. This hotel has gone downhill. It is quite expensive for what you get in return. Our room was basic, old, and there was no WIFI. The room service menu is now a channel on the TV. You have to watch the channel for about 5 minutes to see the entire menu. Neither the business centre nor the concierge would help me order train tickets, even though the ticket office is across the road and the hotel was not busy. When I was checking out they wanted to charge me for four cups of tea, even though I only ordered, received and drank one cup. (I had ordered it via their room service). They made me wait 40 minutes and called me a liar when I repeatedly assured them I only ordered, received and drank one cup of tea. Eventually they agreed to fix the bill but took great pleasure in telling me I am lying. I live in China so I am aware customer service levels are poor here. Also, I am a patient person and fully accept I am a foreigner in a different culture. But regardless of this, they made me feel like a criminal and I left the hotel quite angry. I will never stay at this hotel again.

Good central location - ocean view room with lots of space and generous size bathroom. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would happily stay there again as we felt it to be good value for money.

The only thing that annoyed me in the whole stay was the inability to swim in the pool without a swimming cap - I shake my head at the logIc of the Chinese sometimes when they won't let your hair go free in the pool for fear of germs, but they let People spit in the grate on the edge of the pool - go figure

Poor service from staff and quality of room facilities. Very difficult to get a taxi to go anywhere.

Payment method. I cannot book via a credit card that I used in Europe and I have to go to a bank for paying by remitting. That sucks.

Wery claen room, towels was changed every day. Nice swimming pool, and sauna, and very good japanise restaurant. Staf speek english quite good. The hotel was quite expensive, bot it's worth this money.

Very convenient location, clean room even for a smoking room you cannot smell any smoke in the room or on the floor.

There is no wifi in the room and no free shuttle bus to airport.

A mon arrivée, le perdonnel me donne une chambre fumeurs alirs que j'ai expressement demandé une non-fumeur. Et si je newemanwe pas avant de monter, je ne le sais jamais.

расположение удачное, рядом в пешей доступности очень красивая набережная, особенно вечером. напротив супермаркет и неплохие закусочные. также любой транспорт не проблема. понравился и экстерьер и впечатляющий интерьер. бесшумные, скоростные лифты, большая комната, мягкая кровать, пустынный чистый бассейн по утрам. еду не брали, но в отеле много ресторанов, пока мы жили, в них все время проводились свадебные торжества. персонал помогает во всем.

грязные окна. жили на 15 этаже, был хороший вид на город, но окна были очень грязные..... сауна нуждается в ремонте, для такого отеля выглядит очень запущенно. до пляжной зоны идти пешком долго, лучше на транспорте.

处理Ebooking订单的酒店工作人员休息双休日，无法在前台及时获取客人的订单，造成入住不顺畅。前台- 人员精炼，一夫当关，check out时间过长。

Muy buena ubicación, buenas habitaciones, relacion calidad precio no está mal.

Que no hay WiFi en las habitaciones, no hay mucho personal que hable bien inglés.

위치가 정말 좋습니다. 공항버스 승하차 위치가 바로 앞에 있고, 까르푸, 백화점이 옆에 있으며,,, 다른 관광지로 이동하기 좋아요

객실수준은 딱 보통인 것 같습니다. ^^ 그리고 superior 1 room과 deluxe 1 room을 했었는데 완전 똑같아요 ㅋㅋ deluxe 절대 하실 필요 없습니다.

공항, 도심과 가깝고 시설대비 경제적인 가격

서비스가 너무 안좋음. 밤8시에 호텔 체크인하는데 청소가 안되어있어 밖에서 30분넘게 기다림. 전화로 호텔카운터에 항의했는데 매니져 사과 한마디 없고 아무런 조치도 취해주지 않았음. 4성급 호텔에 대한 평가와 기준이 의심스러울 정도

機場大巴就在樓下隔壁買票搭車，門前就是公交站牌，對街是家樂福。方便！
