Qingdao 52 Square Meter Apartment Hotel    

the taxidriver didn't find the adress. the discribtion must be better, because it's a small entrance at the side of the building. the bathroom was in a very bad constitution. a renewal is essential. a kitchen was offered, but nearly without equipment.

Location - close to sea,

Our apartment was on the 21st floor so we couldn't complain about the view. The location was also very good; approximately 10 minute walking distance from the seaside. It's also not too far from the restaurant/caffe area, however, it's not very close to the beach. All in all, great value for money, very nice facilities for the decent price.

Possibly, doesn't have anything to do with the hotel in particular, but we were struggling to find any kind of excursions around the Qingdao area. So plan ahead and remember to check out online where the main attractions/f&b are.

Convenient to get food and go shopping as they are within walking distance, spacious room

As the washing machine on our floor is faulty, will have to use the one on another floor. Not so convenient to go other floor as you can only access to your floor which you are staying with the card access system. If not using machine, no issue at all.

The hotel is located close to the sea.

The air condition didn´t work propberly. No minibar, no breakfast available.

Only traffice convenience and have cariefort near hotel.

Old and the shower area leak water over the floor.

Quiet & close to Carrefour

1. Strange call at midnight 2. facilities: old & dirty, all taps in kitchen & toilet & bathroom are nearly disconnected from the pipe, hard to turn on & off 3. no clear sign for the building "3rd Space" & its entrance, strange location : not according to street no.

it realy cheap and when l compaire with 5 star hotel. here is more confortable i suggest everone to stay here

Sehr schöne nAufteilung des Zimmers für Familien. Traumhafte Lage in Nähe zum Strand und europäischem Supermarkt. Nähe zu neuem Einkaufs- und Erlebnispark , ideal für Kinder im Vorschulalter.

So schön das Appartment und die Idee ist, das Zimmer benötigt dringendst eine Renovation. Neue Handtücher , moderner Fernseher und eine Grundreinigung wären nötige Sofortmaßnahmen.

직원 퇴근시간 이후에, 수건 수령 불가 ;;;;

일단 가격 조건이 훌륭하기 때문에 어지간한 부분들을 다 참을 만한 각오가 되어 있었지만, 사실 딱히 흠잡을 만한 부분 없이 전반적으로 깔끔했다. 시설은 낡았지만, 공간은 넓고 청소는 잘 되어 있는 편. 온도 조절도 잘 되어서 그렇게 춥지 않았다. 직원들은 친절하지만 딱히 마주칠 일은 체크인,체크아웃 때 외에는 없다. 여권보다 비자를 더 중시여기는 듯, 체크인할 때에 여권이 아니라 비자를 복사했다. 직원이 영어를 잘하지는 않지만, 간단한 단어로 의사소통은 가능하다. 어지간한 곳(운소로 미식가, 54광장, 까르푸 등)은 거의 다 걸어갈 만한 거리에 있으며, 까르푸 앞 버스 정류장에서 버스 한 번으로 타이동 거리나 잔교까지 다녀 올 수 있고, 공항 버스 타는 곳도 편하다. 교통만큼은 만점을 주고 싶다. TV는 중국 방송외에는 나오지는 않았다.

일단 수압이 너무 약해서 씻을 때 불편하다. 청소 상태가 좋은 편이었지만, 시설이 낡은 탓인지 화장실이 후줄근한 느낌은 지울 수가 없다. 기본적인 주방 설비는 되어 있지만 그릇 등이 아주 잘 갖춰져 있는 편은 아니고, 젓가락은 있었는데 숟가락이 없었다. 물은 첫 날 트는데 뭔가 섞여 나오길래, 바로 까르푸에서 생수 제일 싼 걸로 사다가 이 닦을 때만 생수로 닦았다. 묶은 곳은 19층이었는데, 건물 자체가 양광백화점 건물을 포함해서 세 개가 붙어 있는 구조다 보니, 커텐을 활짝 열고 있으면 맞은 편 건물에서 들여다 볼 수도 있을 것 같아서 옷 갈아 입을 때마다 주의했다.

在非常市中心地段，离景区都很方便，可以看到海和奥帆中心，view不错。而且私密性很好，非常安全，而且- 在市中心有闹中取静的感觉，一点不吵。

房屋干净程度有待提高，墙壁有点脏，有蟑螂。沙发床也很脏，不干净。衣柜有灰。水压太小，水流很细。

Хорошая гостиница. Мебель новая, просторно. В номере проводной интернет, wi-fi нет. Хороший вид из окна во всю стену. Удобная кухонка без плиты, но с микроволновкой, холодильник. Недалеко от набережной (метров 200), до пляжа пешком минут 20. Поблизости большой продуктовый магазин (на север через дорогу), а в самом здании гостиницы минимаркет 24 часа. В 5 минутах ходьбы на северо-запад хороший райончик с кафешками и ресторанчиками. В номере на 21 этаже немного влажно. Персонал внятно говорит по-английски. Депозит 100ю. По вечерам, а иногда и ранним утром в номер звонят, предлагают массаж за 600ю. Правда разговаривают только, если слышат мужской голос.

[良い点] ロケーション ［悪い点］ 床のカーペットが汚い。 ホテルの入口はクチコミ通りわかりづらい。 看板は無く、人に聞きながらビルを見上げながら歩いていると ７階の窓に５２と書かれており、やっと場所が特定できた。（そこがホテルのフロントになっていた） 一番困ったのは夜中に水が止まってしまったこと。 共用のトイレを探すのに一苦労しました。

房间比较大，大床很大很舒服，窗外视野很好，能看到远处的大海。窗口的小沙发很惬意。酒店位置绝佳。

地毯有些脏，引起鼻子敏感。

호텔 주변에 까르푸, JUSCO, 운소로 미식가, 54광장과 가까워 생활하는데는 편합니다. 버스도 많이 다니고, 호텔 -> 공항 버스 정류장도 있습니다.

신발을 신은채로 호텔방에 들어가는 이상한 방식이었습니다. 그래서 방 바닥이 좀 더러웠고, 구석 구석 담배재가 있더군요. 청소가 조금 미흡했네요. 그냥 싸게 이용하기 좋은 곳입니다.
