My stay was satisfactory with resemblance to my expectations. But the air conditioner was not working with the result it was not comfortable and had to leave the windows open and the door for the cross ventilation and to cool down the room temperature. Other wise it was quit comfortable with the knowledge and the help from the staff. They should also have the knowledge of all international currencies of the world and should accept them without hesitation.

The room is clean and comfortable with free wi-fi, it is conveniently located in CBD which is ideal for business travelers. Another plus about Radegast is its strong shower, which is useful for refreshing oneself after a long day. The air conditioning is not that good, it is too hot and can not be readjusted. Some of the rooms are getting to be a little bit shabby but it is still 'livable'

Ausstattung. Zentrale Lage. Service. Wellness. Hatte eine Massage für 298,- CNY, für eine Stunde, auf dem Zimmer an der Spa-Information gebucht. Die Massage war sehr gut. Nur die Dame, die kein englisch sprach, hatte stillschweigend zwei Stunden massiert. Man schaut ja während einer massage nicht auf die Uhr. Sie schrieb dann eine Rechnung von 596,- CNY. Habe ihr dann 650,- CNY gegeben. Ich frage mich, ob das Missverständnisse waren, oder ob das eine Abzockmasche ist. Ich habe mich aber nicht an der Rezeption beschwert, weil im Falle eines Missverständnisses der jungen Frau wohl zu Unrecht Probleme entstanden wären.

Больше всего мне понравилось, как относился к нам персонал - предупредительность, вежливость, обходительность. Номер был комфортным, кровати - удобными. Хорошее качество WiFi соединения. Бассейн оказался большим и достаточно глубоким, и еще было три мелких бассейна, в которых очень удобно учить детей плавать. За пловцами наблюдал спасатель. В сауне оказалось удобное устройство - кнопка для полива камней :) Завтрак вполне достойный. Не понравилось, что в коридоре на этаже и в номере присутствовал какой-то неприятный запах. Может быть это был запах от веществ, которыми чистят ковры, но мне он не пришелся по вкусу. Еще не хватало в бассейне релаксирующей музыки вместо звука телевизионной передачи. И чтобы вода была немного теплее.

Emplacement pratique au coeur du nouveau business district de Beijing Il faisait beaucoup trop chaud dans la chambre alors qu'il y avait 10° dehors. Pas d'amélioration le lendemain malgré que je me sois plaint à la réception.
