Big, spacious room with a nice bathroom.

The airconditioning was not working. The temperature in the room remained at 27 degrees despite us turning it to 20 degrees.

Nice hotel, clean and spacious room, friendly staff although they're not that well informed about the tourist attractions and locations in their own little town. Small but nice sauna, Turkish bath.

My room 1308 was flooded when I took a shower. The water was all over the bathroom floor and could not leave while the drain was broken leaving a pool behind. Tiresome and slippery when you needed to use the toilet at night.

Quality of furniture, size of the rooms and location

I was charged more than the rate that booking dot com had confirmed to me when I booked. Manager on duty a Mr sun was not cooperative I ended up paying rmb 500 more than what I was supposed to pay. It,s not an isue of money but fair business practise, which for me as a businessman its very important. The staff at the 66 restaurant charged me double for a breakfast that I had paid for.

Nice location. Modern facilities. Excellent room standard.

Staff was helpful but not very enthusiastic. No big selection of restaurants in the hotel.

Price and location

Paid for club room but the lounge was long term closed for refurbishment. Monet paid for service not available.

The room is comfy and value for money

The hotel rated as non smoking hotel but the smoke smell was all over the room as I'm still staying in a non smoking floor.

Funny smell from the toilet; clearly a problem with the drainage and should have been fixed before giving out the room.

Very comfortable bed, staff helpful.

Air conditioning was not working properly in my room (too hot), although 2 men were sent with a ladder to fix it once I realised it was faulty. Need to be aware that service charge adds quite a lot more to the cost quoted. Also breakfast expensive at £13 but not compulsory to have this.

Clean place, nice hotel, managed well. Overall a good hotel. The rooms are excellent.

Breakfast is a bit pricy, and they should make it clear on the web that its 150RMB! if you want it without prebooking it. Wifi was dodgy in a few rooms. I had to change a few times to get it.

地理位置极佳，离天津火车站大概不到1公里。步行到车站海河边广场看看夜景，还是白天吹吹风都不错。酒店对- 面马路一条街吃饭的地方也还不少，中西快餐都有，大超市也有，很方便。

液晶电视机比较差劲，清晰度不够，换频道超慢。浴缸的下水旋转很难用，固定不好。

El hotel esta muy bien, buenas habitaciones y muy buen servicio.

Lo unico malo es que no respetaron la reserva y me toco pagar un poco mas del precio que habia reservado, segun ellos fue Booking.com, que no les paso la informacion de mi reservacion.

物超所值，出门就有大型超市，还有地铁，距离天津火车站很近

房间有空间，大床很舒适，游泳池健身房的员工态度和蔼可亲。前台人员工作也很负责。

餐饭价格太高，特别是早餐，在天津本地价格不合理，物无所值，吃的人并不多，反尔会造成浪费。特别是节假日- ，如价格合理些，我们都会邀请家人朋友来吃，特别是早餐。美国五星级饭店，香港同等级的饭店都会有简单的早- 餐，也就在5－10美金左右，客人一般都会邀朋友一起聊天一起吃。喝杯咖啡，吃个Bagel 或面包即可，餐厅即赚钱，食物也流动的快，也不会把大部分客人推到外面的餐厅。高档自助早餐除了会议性质的- 情况下有利，节假日流动慢，也是浪费吧。

Расположение, находится возле вокзала. Неплохой бассейн и сауна. Номера не большие, но достаточно уютные.

Уборка, каждый день не производилась, соответственно пополнение запасов кофе и чая так же не было

房间很好很干净

没有门童，服务员态度差

装修和设施很好，卫生情况也比较理想，性价比高。
