朝食を1日お願いしたにも関わらず、連泊分を勝手にオーダーしてくれました。交渉した結果、直してくれまし- たが、非常に不快感を感じました。それから、料金のことですが、すべてのサービスについてSurcharg- eがついていて、思った以上に料金が掛かりました。普通、中国のホテルはSurcharge何か聞いたこと- がありません。 |

La hospitalidad de la atención y orientación de movilización al huesped por la dificultad del idioma Quizas mejorar un poco en la recepción de ingreso con mayor soporte para el manejo del equipaje, creo que la politica del hotel no es la de que el huesped al llegar sea ayudado por alguien de recepción |
