during my stay i like only the staff was ready to help anythink you ask them. the brekfast was very poor for a foreing people and i hear more people during my stay that the have the same idea i used to go to breakfast the first three days after that i use to buy my self from a super market everything i need and i have a brekfast at my room. |

The serviced apartment we stayed in was very spaciousand clean. The advertised free internet access in the rooms did not work in my case. |

The People at front desk was vary helpful. No, not really. Just didnt like the confusion of the location according to map. |

Very Good. Staff were very nice and the room we stayed at was large enough for our family (2 adults and 2 kids). If we have a chance to visit Shanghai again, we will use this hotel again. It was a little bit difficult for us to find the hotel because almost all taxi drivers cannot understand English ;-) |

The stuff was helpful and kind. The bathrooms weren't clean enough. It is a three stars hotel in Europe, but it's worth the money. |

geräumige 2-Zimmer-Suite: besonders die 2 Schlafzimmer, ein großes Wohnzimmer, eine Küche mit großer Kühlschrank, u. 2 Badezimmer haben mich sehr gefreut. Internetanschluß sehr comfortable u. schnell. Ich werde später noch mal kommen. etwas verdreckter Teppichboden |
