Location and friendly staff.

There is something just below (market?) the hostel which makes a lot of noise from 4.00 until 7.30 in the morning. We couldn’t sleep between those hours the two nights we stayed in the hostel. Tip for hostel: improve windows (two layers of glass and properly closable) on street side to decrease the noise. The problem might be smaller if your room isn’t located in the street side.

Best value for money. The location is 5minutes walk from Dashijie subway line 2 station. The area is non-touristy, you get to fell as a local. Plus plenty of local food (=cheap!) around the hostel. Very clean and comfortable. Cleaner top up toilet roll and change waste bin daily. Specific request needed to change sheets/ make up bed. Great facilities for a budget hostel. Free fast wifi in room and common area, staffs speaks good english,TV, hairdryer, slippers, towels, boiled water, washing machine and dryer (9 yuan per load), clothes airer on the top floor, luggage storage (room not locked though), maps, and advise on where to go.

The hostel building is next to meat/ vegetable market. There is a fishy smell outside the hostel, and sometimes in corridors inside the building. However the smell didn't get inside my room, so I really didn't mind with this. The heater was broken when I stayed in the hostel! It was March 2013 with temperature 9 - 20 degree celcius (not bad). Still cool inside room, i had to leave the aircon off completely and request for an extra blanket. Thin walls. I could hear footsteps from corridor, or hairdryer going on in public bathroom, or clothes dryer from a floor above. Just like any hostel, no toiletries even in private rooms. The rooms are in 3rd level, and there is NO ELEVATOR. 4 flights of stairs make a good exercise i guess.

The location is excellent. Many 24/7 stores, supermarkets are nearby. Close to subway stations and YuYuan Garden. The staff speaks good English. There is filtered hot water in the public kitchen and they have a thermo kettle in the rooms with mugs that you can use. It is a great idea. You can also find slippers, toilet paper and towels in the room. You can set the temperature in the room which is also great. Their luggage room is free for a day. The breakfast was decent but only for the 20% discounted price.

We booked a double room but we got a twin instead. The explanation was that booking.com mistranslated 'double' for them. The walls are very thin. There was no soap in the bathroom. The hostel is next to a local market so you can definately smell that in the corridors and the rooms.

Hope they can have 24 hours of hot water that would be cherry on top , but highly recommend !;)

śWietna lokalizacja, blisko do stacji metra Dashijie. W okolicach hostelu ulica na której jest spory wybór restauracji I barów. Niedrogie zakwaterowanie. Wifi w pokojach. Ręczniki wymieniane codziennie.

Głośno. Hostel jest nad bazarem I od wczesnych godzin słychać hałas osób przywożących I rozpakowujących towar. W hostelu dostępna jest pralka, niestety część osób korzysta z niej także w środku nocy... Trochę śmierdzi od bazaru (handlują także rybami). Gorąca woda tylko w określonych godzinach.

지하철 역에서 엄청 멀지는 않았습니다. 여러 상점들도 근처에 있어서 물건들을 사거나 하는데 문제가 있지 않았습니다. 6명이 사용하는 방이고 방들이 많은데도 불구하고 편한했고 사람이 없던건지 모르겠지만 화장실과 샤워실 사용시에도 많은 기다림 없이 사용할 수 있었습니다.

3층 까지 항상 걸어 올라가야 합니다. 그리고 와이파이가 사람들이 많이 사용하는 시간이 되면 연결이 되지 않는 일이 매일 있었습니다. 저녁에 일찍 들어오거나 자정이 지나거나 아니면 일찍 일어나거나 해야 와이파이 사용이 수월했습니다. 화장실의 경우 깨끗한 편이었지만 변기가 막혀있는 모습은 매일 볼 수 있었습니다.

Veel trappen lopen en als je hostel uitliep, waande je in een achterbuurt. Maar een stukje verder kwam je in nette winkelstraten.

Nb! Io ho preso la camera doppia per uso singolo, non so I dormitori. Comunque: camere arredate in modo carino e funzionale. Al terzo piano c'è anche un bar dove per pochissimo fanno colazioni buone e c'è un biliardo e comode sedute, anche una cucina (piccolissima) per farsi qualcosa. Si entra nell'area dormitorio con un badge elettronico che serve anche per aprire la porta della propria stanza, quindi ci si sente sicuri. La posizione è centralissima, a due passi da People's square, dove c'è anche la fermata metro.

Non c'è l'ascensore e le stanze sono al terzo piano. Non è vero che in camera c'è il bollitore elettrico e la TV. Le finestre delle stanze sono "finte"e danno sul corridoio. La stanza era un po' fredda e (ma forse è colpa mia) non sono riuscita ad attivare il riscaldamento. Parlano un scarsissimo inglese alla reception...ma questo è un problema di tutta la Cina. La strada fuori dall'ostello è decisamente "run down"...comunque la zona non è pericolosa.

Vị trí khách sạn ngay trung tâm, thuận tiện khi dùng tàu điện ngầm hoặc bus. Đi bộ khoảng 10 phút là đền phố Nam Kinh, vị trí rất thuận tiện.

Tiện nghi của khách sạn chưa được tốt, phòng ở đôi khi vẫn còn mùi, phòng tắm công cộng rất nhiều phòng, nhiều lúc không có nước nóng, nhân viên chưa nhiệt tình với khách...

위치가 정말 좋습니다. 인민광장역과 대세계역, 예원역 등 3개 노선 역을 모두 걸어서 갈 수 있고, 신천지와 와이탄, 난징동루 등 주요 여행지까지도 걸어서 갈 수 있습니다. (보통 20~30분 거리) 상하이 여행하기엔 최고의 위치인 듯 싶습니다.

인민광장 역에서 내려 호스텔이 위치한 '용수로'를 물어보았지만, 아무도 알 지 못했습니다. (무료 지도에는 표시되지 않는 작은 골목에 위치해 있습니다.) 지도상으로 걸어가면 될 듯 보였지만 메인 도로인 '연안동로'가 고가도로 형태로 되어있어 처음 도착한 여행자가 위치를 파악하고 찾아가기엔 무리가 있어 보입니다. (결국 택시를 이용했는데, 기본요금 13위안에 1위안 더 추가된 14위안 나왔습니다. 즉 걸어도 충분한 거리였다는 의미입니다.) 따라서, 위치를 물을 때 '용수로'로 묻지 말고 '대세계(경극 극장, 인민광장 4거리 육교 앞)'나 '대세계역'으로 물어봐서 찾아가면 아주 찾기 쉽습니다.

Voor een jeugdherberg is dit een van de properste waar ik tot nu toe geslapen heb. Mooie inrichting en toffe bar met ontbijt. Zeer proper, gratis/goede wifi.

Matras is dun en dus hard. (Ik heb er goed op kunnen slapen)

本来订的是170元标间，上飞机前接到电话说屋子因漏水给换成四人间了，但还是两人住，按两人床位收费共1- 00元。被子很干净，温暖干燥。晚上睡觉很舒适。地理很好，走到外滩要走路15分钟，到云南南路2分钟，强- 烈推荐小金陵的老鸭汤和小笼包！好吃极了，价格也很便宜！

四人间太小了，床挨着床，好在是两个人，不在床上的时候错个身都挤，真要四个人，还没地方同时下地了。

位置非常好，旅舍的装饰、清洁乃至布局都非常满意！价格非常实惠！！用YHA卡还可以优惠5块钱每人~非常- 推荐！果然是大城市的青年旅舍，性价比很高。

没有什么不满意的，非要鸡蛋挑骨头的话，就是上到三楼有点累，没电梯的~
