The location is great and everything is within easy reach. Hotel is very clean and the staff friendly and very good at speaking English. The room was really nice, cleaned every day with fresh towels and slippers. It is value for money, not a five star Hotel, but I would stay there again and would recommend it to others.

Location is good, room is clean. I'm not satisfied with the reception, not so friendly. And the decoration in the hall is so simple, don't look like a four star hotel.

The hotel room was very clean and the staff was helpful. We also found it easy to get to the hotel from the metro. It was about a ten minute walk but not difficult to find at all. We didn't try the breakfast because it seemed expensive especially after reading others reviews so we opted for the bakery down the street.

Friendly staff at reception; my room was at 26th floor, very quiet. Breakfast service was very slow, and staff not very interested; the egg cook for some reason never showed up.

Room is big enough. I used to stay in this hotel & the food was ok, but now the food is very bad. The serivce staff is also not up to standard & always talking loudly among themselves. Lastly, the internet connection is really bad & they cannot provide connenction for my PC resulting in me not being able to check my emails.

Hotel sencillo, en China se pueden encontrar hoteles excelentes por un poco mas de precio. Desayuno mediocre, personal mediocre, ubicacion aunque cerca del bound, tambien mediocre

La ubicacion Este hotel no es un hotel de 4 estrellas según los estándares europeos. Es mas un hotel de 3 estrellas y bastante bajo. El “business center” estaba cerrado por lo que la alternativa para usar el internet o hacer una llamada local/internacional era muy precaria, en el mostrador de conserjería con gran numero de gente a tu alrededor y sin ninguna intimidad. El servicio en la recepción asi como el de los botones bastante precario. No recomiendo este hotel en ninguna circunstancia.

Close to local eateries and subway station. In walking distance to old and historic mansion. Hope they would provide afternoon/morning transportation to subway without previous day reservation. How about six hours reservation in advanced?
