Best rooms I've ever seen in a hotel, and I've stayed in many hotels. Had 2 big TVs, sofa, city views from the bath tub, dressing room,

Just nit picking, but the electronic room service menu was a bit unresponsive at times and was crashing so had to keep restarting it, maybe was just my room though.

The locations is the best location. In the middle of the city. Only 100s meter from shopping malls and restaurants.

A very well located hotel (300m from pedestrian zone), 50m from metro station Line 2. Hotel staff is helpful and speaks English, the service level is what you'd expect in a 5* hotel, all staff speaks at least some English. Rooms are very spacious - approx. 55 sqm, well equipped, clean and quite comfortable. Rhombus Fantasia is, AFAIK, probably the cheapest 5* hotel in all Chengdu, but with one of the best services. Definitely has a good price/performance value.

最主要的不满是通风非常不好，开了冷气也没用，感觉很闷！作为1000多一晚的酒店，感觉不值。另外，并不- 提供早餐，洗发水沐浴露质量也不好。不算好的入住体验！

浴室太棒了，装修也很好！很干净很时尚，地点也很棒！

Alles was sehr gut und sehr beeindruckend. Nach einer 4 woechigen Laenderrundreise, davon 10 Tage in China haben wir zuletzt im besten Hotel unserer Reise uebernachtet. Wir wuerden auf jeden Fall wieder dort absteigen, nur die Stadt ist nicht empfehlenswert, es sei denn man kommt speziell wegen den Pandas dorthin.

现代简洁，舒适干净，电器齐全，服务规范细致。

周边环境不好，开窗都是旧公房，但是房间比较大，但是价格也不算便宜

装修风格华丽独特，房间设计体贴细腻。

服务人员服务意识和五星级宾馆完全不符。

有iPod dock,沐浴很舒服，房间大。

coffee capsule口味太差，coffee machine不会自动停止导致咖啡溢出

设施比较齐全

办公桌没有插座 自助早餐价格不够公正

部屋の設備は充実しており、広さも大変満足。中国のホテルにありがちな”ただ広いだけ”という広さではなく- 、スペースをきちんと分けてあり、使いやすさもあり。 ホテルスタッフの対応も非常に良かった（最初の部屋が外の工事でうるさかったため変更を依頼したが、きちん- と別方面の部屋を手配してくれた）

便利なところに位置しているためでもあるのだが、窓の外がうるさい（車の音等）。あとは、タクシードライバ- ーがホテルを知らないことが何度かあった（まだあまり知られていない？）

The staff are friendly. The room is also very spacious.

I was given a non-smoking room according to my request. But when I first entered the room with a bell boy, the smell of cigarettes was so strong that he also agreed and called to reception to ask if there's another non-smoking room available. It was so disappointing that they said the hotel was full. A staff came and sprayed some air freshener on the carpet which make it a bit better. When I came back very late at night, the smell was still there which was so disgusting. As the room was not cheap (more than a thousand and even not included breakfast!!), and I don't know why my basic requirement was not met. I am really doubt if the hotel was full.

游泳池不开放

Schöne geräumige Zimmer.

Anreise vom Airport zum Hotel mit dem Taxi sehr aufwendig, da der Taxifahrer keine Ahnung hatte wo sich das Hotel befindet und dieses erst nach verschiedenen Anfragen bei anderen Fahrern finden konnte.

Hotel is clean and new

The rooms are incredibly spacious and comfortable.

The hotel is further from the centre than other hotels, although there is a large shopping district within walking distance.

Staff Needs better Knowledge of english
