The staff is the best I ever seen. The breakfast is great, the pool and resort are magnific... Is a perfect place to stay for a days, or even for a life. Really we felt as at paradise!!! The rooms and the bed are big, clean and comfortable. A very nice place and the best people you can find!!! Smell a tobacco in the corridors. People smoking with the door opened, people smoking in the pools, This Hotel becomes great if smoking is forbidden.

Tres difficile de se faire comprendre parce que le personnel ne parle pas anglais. Il sont par contre très aimable, polis et de bonne volonte, mais il est quand même complique de commander des plats au restaurant quand ils ne parlent que chinois... Idem a la réception

雖然飯店本身設施不多， 大約跟城市飯店的基本設備相當。 可能是希望將所有遊樂活動都集中在溫泉主題園的關係。 但服務人員個個親切， 也到處窗明几淨。 室內植栽特優， 棵棵青翠葉片柔亮， 給人感覺管理很好。 唯 餐的口味跟水平尚屬三四星有待改進， 我們住的是小套房， 空間雖夠但浴室硬體設計並不佳， 尤其淋浴間沒有門或簾子， 搞得到處濕答答。 洗面盆也是太小， 洗個臉水濺得到處都是。 客廳桌椅的位置太窄， 桌子太尖， 我跟我先生雙雙掛彩。 應該注意磨圓， 否則小孩撞到不得了。 其餘泳池SPA等都很優， 我已介紹朋友去， 自己有機會也會再去。 以上都是讚美或建議並非投訴哦﹗
