I spend 6 months out of a year travelling and this is the first time I experience such bad service from the hotel. The air condition at the hotel is not working and its only blowing hot air to the room, it was so warm that I wake up 4am in the morning. The hotel manager told me because "outside" temperature is 22-25 degrees c and its a raining day, so they can not turn on the central air condition machine. I told them I pay for the room and I'm entitled all the utilities/equipments in the room so it is unreasonable to turn off the air condition machine, furthermore they can not judge what is the right temperature is comfortable to its customers. I found the services was very bad and they just pass my request from one level of manager to another. The hotel just want to save some electricity costs and ignored customer request. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel itself, new hotel, room well design staff tried hard to speak english Staff need better training in hotel business room dining: no trolley to bring the food, the staff brought the dishes 1 by 1 to the room, starting with main dish, salad, bread and butter, cuttlery, soup !!! breakfast in the room: usually wrong cereals was served, order same omelettes everyday, had 6 differents omelettes !! bed has bugs

Sauberkeit, Ausstattung, Service, Freundlichkeit, Pool, Englische Sprache war wie selbstverständlich fürs Personal (und das ist sehr selten in China), Aussicht vom Balkon über die Stadt (27.Etage), Preis/Leistung 100%! Metrostation (Linie 1) direkt gegenüber vom Haupteingang. Transferservice zum Flughafen (BMW 528 i L für 480RMB) Ich bin häufig beruflich in China unterwegs und habe schon in sehr vielen Hotels übernachtet, aber dieses ist bisher ganz klar meine Nummer 1!

L'hotel a l'air recent, le personnel du lobby parle un tres bon anglais, atmosphere tres cosy. Les suites sont spacieuses, la literie est tres bonne. La salle de bain est bien equipée. Les toilettes de la salle de bain n'etaient pas propres , tachés de sang, il a fallu deux appels pour que qq'un vienne les nettoyer. Le room service est inefficace, on attend toujours notre deuxieme commande, c'est inexcusable dans un hotel 5 etoiles.

部屋が広くゆったりでき、清潔感が有った。 付属に備品も非常に整っていた。 ホテルの質が高いのに、料金が安く泊まり得感が強かった。 上階層で景色のいい部屋だともっと良かったが、 宿泊日の天気が悪く確認が取れなかった。 景色のいい部屋を取ったつもりだったが、当初は8階を割り当てられ、上層への変更を依頼したら20階になっ- たが、ホテルの裏側になってしまった。 ロケーション的にはどの部屋でも景色は期待できないかもしれない。
