Convenient location and easy accessibility. A 24 hours McDonalds is within walking distance, which is quite a comfort. The staff can speak English pretty well. Maybe it is due to the tourist center which Xiamen is.

Room very clean and quiet, staff very helpful and kind, travel agency in the hotel for our day trip in Yongding, close to a bus station (for the ferry = lundun take bus 197 or 8), the chinese restaurant in the hotel Not enough restaurants nearby

Breakfasts are excellent! European and Chinese cousine mix. Deposit much more then room bill. Deposit for mini-bar. Long time to getting moneyback. Hardly speaking English staff.

Good location between airport and downtown. Clean hotel, good services. Friendly personel. A good breakfast! I was surprised to see an additional tax of 15 % for services. I think the duty of a hotel is to provide services not something elese!!!

Room is big and spacious. Low ceilings and piped music. Clean bathrooms and toilet. The hotel is close to transport. Good supply of amenities. The check in staff at 2.30am appears rather slack. There were no assistance with our luggages. The self rated hotel does not reflect its stars. Upon entry to the room it smelt of nicotine...request for non smoking room and floor appears to have no concern to the locals. Staff repeatedly stated that room is smoke free! The rooms have very thin walls, poor door closures and noises from corridor were unbearable. We had early morning knocks on our doors at 6.30am.......we had a delayed flight and did not arrive to hotel until 2.30am and Did Not request for early morning calls We did not rest well. Too many staff policing the breakfast area. We had 3 requests for our vouchers, despite same been handed. Selection of food is limited......awful coffee! Limited English spoken by staff.

В номере бесплатная корзинка фруктов. Рядом пара неплохих ресторанчиков с местной кухней, 15 минут пешком до рыночка со свежими фруктами и др. Неплохой завтрак. Добраться до отеля только на такси. От остановки аэропортового шаттла идти пешком полчаса, а тротуар на ремонте. Утром шумно.

De locatie van dit hotel is goed. Er is veel eetgelegenheid in de buurt, waaronder een aantal Chinese restaurantjes en de grotere zaken zoals een MC en een KFC. Er is een bushalte voor de deur die je voor 1 RMB naar bijv. de haven brengt. Internet is gratis. Dit hotel is absoluut geen 4 sterren hotel. Oke, de locatie is goed en de receptie ziet er schitterend uit maar de kamer en badkamer zijn zeer klein.
