Location is perfect to get around, shop or eat or go to the line 2 metro station. breakfast was good and not oly chinese cousine.

There were prostitude dealers inside the hotel. I was uncomfortable walking inside the hotel after 9 pm. Told management if they were aware of the situation- did not get any attention (they are aware.) hotel is a bit old and needs renovation on toilets. internet was dramatically slow. couldnt even download my emails.

Location is excellent. Staff very helpful.

It is a 4 star, not a 5 star hotel. Breakfast is not included in internet rate. Towels are frayed. Business center charges to print boarding pass and use computer for internet!!

its show a 5 Start hotel It's not I gave them a 3 Start Why? Bed to Hard, Old tv on room not even a lcd tv, mini bar with no sodas only beer,no coffee , no sugar in fact I traveling back on 3 month and I not thinking to go back to this Hotel

The Hotel is in a good location.

The fact that the hotel tolerates 'massage' services at the hotel entrance and often in the foyer itself. It is very annoying and the I did not see the hotel take any action in this regard.

Very polite and helpfull staff with perfect english language skills, great location in shopping street, clean, everything just exellent. Good price, not expensive.

Swimming pool and lockers rooms were not nice at all. Dirty showers and rust everywhere, hair on the floor.

For a hotel that is managed by Ramada properties ... the rooms are very very average .. its high time .. they need a spruce up !

The construction is going in hotel its a hell of noise was going on first they gave room near to construction then we asked to changed the room they have done but our stay was just one night so it waste our time for 1-2 hour on doing this you know when you are in abroad time is valuable.

Location is great and a lot of great foods around you, you are not worry that you can't find any eatery place in whatever timing. Metro line is near, less than 5 mins walk and all underpass are link to majority shopping mall.

The staff is not helpful and friendly. They are not willing to help and answer your question. Never explain clearly on the T&C and just want to settle you quickly and chit-chat at a corner. Room and bed-size are not exactly shown in the website, smaller than actual. I will not choose to stay in this hotel anymore if I will go Shanghai again.

Concierge not very helpful with sightseeing planning, was not prepard to share information regarding metro - althugh I had a day ticket and it was quite possible to get to the places I wanted by metro, he simplay said take a taxi. Although the information stated that one can have late booking out on arrangement and pay 50% of the room rate, when I enquired, the receptionist just stated that I have to pay the full amount for the day, no explanation.
