Zimmerausstattung, Einrichtung allgemein, kompetentes und extrem freundliches Servicepersonal schade, daß die Aussicht zum Meer durch ein vorgelagertes Hochhaus wetigehend eingeschränkt ist

Отель,конечно,не люксовый в мировом понимании,но для небольшого городка Циндао он один из лучших! Состоит из 2-х ,соединяющихся холлом на первом этаже частей: Первое более раннее строение представляет собой невзрачную коробку не более 13-15 этажей,а вот второе-это новая часть отеля этажностью более 20-ти. Более презентабельная как внешне, так и содержанием. Как раз его фото на сайте.Номера этого здания все выходят на одну сторону,поэтому вид из окон одинаковый-город.Из номеров на верхних этажах и скрая можно увидеть кусочек моря.Персонал приветлив и отзывчив. Номера комфортные.Ванные комнаты мраморные,принадлежности фирмы L"occitane.Даже после закрытия ресторанов ночью можно сделать заказ ужина в номер.Приятно удивило,что ночная кухня оказалась не просто съедобоваримой, но и действительно качественной и вкусной.Всем советую кесадилью-приготовлена была на уровне хороших московских ресторанов. В пешей доступности набережная.Вцелом отель оставил только приятные впечатления. Единственной минус- на разделительной полосе дороги перед отелем идёт строительство, непосредственно к самому отелю минус не относится,но стоит принять во внимание при бронировании,т.к звук работы инструментов днём очень приглушённо,но всё же слышен даже на 19 этаже! Ещё через дорогу строится очень высокое здание,шум от работ не слышен,но оно тоже будет частью вашего вида из номера. Честно говоря,обследуя окрестности,лучше отеля в этом городе не обнаружилось.Поэтому при повторном посещении Циндао выбор снова бы остановился на этом отеле.

The room is nice but there is two buldings I was in the old one, The room is cool the bed is outstanding :-) The carpet in the room should be changed... yes I am "exigent"

Construction sites in front and behind the hotel - very noisy. Service level not adequate to high room rates.

Ich war jetzt das 13.Mal im Shangiri La Hotel in Qingdao (Horizon jetzt Executive) und stelle fest, dass das Niveau sinkt. Im Zimmer gerade einmal 2 kleine Flaschen Wasser - obwohl das Hotel wissen müsste- das Westler sowohl zum Zähne putzen als auch zum trinken kein Leitungswasser nehmen dürfen. Ein schwarz gekleideter Manager regte sich auf, dass ich ein Wasser aus der Lounge mit ins Zimmer genommen habe. Duschen konnte man sich auch nicht richtig, weil dass Wasser nicht ablief. Ich habe diese Beschwerden vorgebracht, ohne eine bisherige Reaktion des Management.

room was wery old. Furniture was looking eaven older. The seiling was in a need of paint job, had some atempts to coverup the cracs that didnt do the overall impressio much good...
