Perfect location, MTR just a 3min walk (just 1station to HK Luohu border), lots of good and fair-priced restaurants & bars nearby, very good 20% discounted SPA in hotels 2nd floor

Very good value for the price. Clean and comfortable moderate accommodations. 5-10 minute walk to Guomao Subway Stop. In the city so of course you will have traffic noise. But so will every place else in the city.

The location is convenient. I do not like the breakfast tickets! We can only use it on the day we buy it, The staff did not specify it when you buy a lot more, after you found it can not be used on the other day! And they did not want to take it back! That is a waste of money!Be careful when you choose this hotel. Another one is it is noisy because it face the road directly!

The staff are very friendly and you always see the same faces each time you come. I have been a regular for past 3 years and would always come back. If you are light sleeper make sure you ask for a rear facing room - away from the main street.

Great location. Easy to access Hong-Kong and shopping centers.I stayed in several hotels around Guomao station and I must admit Kaili is the best one for the price. My room was big and clean,the bed is very comfortable.The staff are polite and helpful. A lot of restaurants surround the hotel.The inhouse SPA is one of the most popular ones in Shenzhen and is a must enjoy , I definitively recommend this hotel. I f I have to come to Shenzhen I will not hesitate to come back in Kaili. .

Front desk spoke very reasonable English, polite and efficient. Rooms were perfectly adequate and clean. Overall, I'd recommend this hotel for short stays where you intend to sleep there only, it offers value for money for that purpose. Neighbours singing at 11pm, not much you can do about that. Credit card got preauthorised prior to my arrival, but did not turn out to be an issue as I settled bill and deposit in cash.

I love this hotel, great location, 5 minutes walk to the metro station, right in the middle of the shopping area, clean room, Amenities are great, helpful staff. This hotel is very comfortable. When I will be in this city again absolutely I will stay in this hotel. For the price..it is just a great deal!
