Location the airport

When ordering a drink peanuts and tissues are placed on the table but you only realize these are chargeable once the bill arrives. Same issue in the restaurants when they place napkins on the table.

Very convenient to the airport. Many of the staff speak English. Massage spa is excellent. Hotel bar is an enjoyable place to meet and have a conversation.

Not many restaurants near.

Clean, friendly staff, the best Chinese owned hotel in Shenzhen catering for Western style clients, feels like a Sheraton.

Check out system can be improved, some sort of gate of fence system to stop Chinese guests continually jumping the Q. Very frustrating when you have been calmly waiting 8-10mins for your turn to check out when people go straight to the front and the staff actually serve them

Rooms are great, location is 5 min from Shenzhen airport (so if that is important then great location) Everything about the hotel is improving every time I visit (often since 5 years) even English is much better. Looks like the gm must care and invest. Japanese food is good, Chinese ok

There is nothing around the outside of the hotel and it is far from the city so it is a great place only if you want to be close to the airport English is a challenge, forget the breakfast and any western food

Airport Tranbsport fängt erst am morgen um 9 Uhr an. Die meisten weiter Flüge gehen schon ab 06:30. Sie müssen ein Taxi benutzen.

La chambre est très belle et très bien équipée. Très bonne literie.

L'executive lounge est nul, d'ailleurs il n'y avait personne.

Un véritable 5 étoiles. La qualité des services proposée est irréprochable. Le plus : Livia, chargée de la relation clients, elle prend le temps de faire visiter l'hôtel avec un anglais parfait.

Le confort de la chambre. La literie. Petit-déjeuner correct, sous un air "je me veux terrible", sans plus.

L'aspect "industriel" du spa. C'est énorme et très grand, on est vite perdu et le personnel qui prend en charge ne parle pas anglais. C'est très particulier. L'énormité des équipements en fait une sorte d'usine qui ne donne pas vraiment envie de se prélasser dans le jacuzzi ou le hammam.

La spa ed il ristorante del 24' piano sono incantevoli, le camere ampie e pulite

L'aria è viziata da un odore pesante dovuto forse alla moquette, pochi parlano inglese

Best SPA area I've ever seen

Located next to a large highway crossing

Close to the airport. Only a 5-10 mins in a taxi. Although not an international 5 star in the sense of the big chains it does deliver way above the average Chinese hotel. Great spa.

If anything, really it would be the lack of English speakers at reception and concierge for a 5 star
