Amazing staff everywhere. This is my new favourite hotel in China

A really beautiful hotel! Very, very nice! It is expensive but it must be a 6 stars Hotel, not a 5 stars hotel! Very, very good!

everything is perfect but very commercial and rooms lack a bit oxgyn because of to good insulation

The location is very convenience. The stuff is very friendly, the room is clean. The breakfast is good. It is suitable for business triop.

The airport pick up service is charge too high, it is the taxi 3 time higher.

The place of the hotel are so nice.

1-There is no much sea food in the hotel(for Muslims) last year there was nice meal(tigger prwon) it was very nice 2- the staff are still weak in English same last year.

The design and layout of the room is comfortable. The staff are approachable.

Billing system. Food counter labelling at the 988 cafe. We are having buffet lunch where the label of the sausage is chicken but what they serve is a mixture of chicken and beef sausage. WE DO NOT CONSUME BEEF!

The bathroom. Spacious bathroom with rain shower.

No indian food on the menu.

Swimming pool is very nice. Staffs very helpful. Lots of choices in breakfast.

A little bit far from metro, which is a minus given the traffic condition in GZ.

Rooms not too clean (on arrival had to ask carpet to be vacuumed), people smoking in corridors inspite no smoking signs, open concept bathroom.

The staff, the facilities, the amenities and the Spa is perfect. Every aspect is prepared for, a hotel that thinks for you.

It is located in the CBD of Guangzhou, so it is a little off the shopping and wholesale areas.

The room in overall is very good, and the facility is in good quality.

We arrived at 3ish in the afternoon but we waited till 5pm to get the room. Though the front desk staff gave us a coffee coupon as compensation, it's quite unacceptable to wait till 5pm to get the room, which is 3 hours later than usual. And when we finally got into the room, the cleaning staff suddenly opened the door without any notice, and obviously she didnt know we have been into the room. And we found some slight stains in one of the pillows

The hotel management didn't care for the Muslim guest. Cuz all the room didn't show the direction of blessing

Its a fantastic hotel. Actually the best hotel I have ever stayed in during all my Business trips to China.

There is nothing really to complain about just one odd thing. There was no toilet brush.

Architecture impressive, esp. at night. Furnishing upscale.

Toilet doors and nbath room door tend to jam and inflict injury.

Interior design is great, especially the open bathroom design. It is great experience for me.

Hotel staff well trained and highly professional. The room was amazing. Super clean. Excellent management. Wish we could've stayed longer! Bell boys and front desk very helpful.

Nothing obout the place impressed me. I was very disappointed.

The staff is very business like and cold no smiles. They considered a greeting by opening a wriing pad on the counter. I signed for my breakfast and was questioned on my signiture as if I was trying to cheat the hotel. When you walk into the hotel you are not greeted but chalanged. I have been coming to China for 22 years and now live in China for 8 months of the year traveling to many hotels for business and pleasure. I have never had this uncomfortable a feeling.
