Very nice modern hotel. This was the best hotel of our China trip, unfortunantly we only planned 24 hours in Xian. |

We had the Buffet for Lunch on Sunday & the food quality & presentation was very good When I first called to book we were told they would call back after 1 hour of waiting we called back to be told they had gone to lunch & would be another hour , I ended up booking via a internet service. While staying at the Hotel we visited the main city area near the Bell Tower on Sunday night at 8.45 we tried to get a Taxi back to the hotel & all taxis refused to take us there so I called the hotel to ask for there help & I was told it is not far walk . What type of service is this , if any one was to ask me I would not recommend to stay at this hotel |

Excellent hotel! Friendly, preofessional staff. Great rooms. Good restaurants. Great Breakfast. Great spa. Great value for money! Rooms were a little cold for me but one can get a heater delivered to the room so it wasn't a big problem in any way! |

The staff are very helpfull. I got ill during our stay and they arranged a doctor immediatelly and were very helpfull. They also upgraded us.Food is excellent and facilities are great and the hotel is very central. Only that when they say the breakfast closes at 10h30 they mean it and will start cleaning and removing things around you 5 minutes before the time and clearing off the buffet. |

Central to everything. Easy access. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very comfortable in every way. We stayed another night. Swimming pool was out of order. Ladies spa was out of order. Mens Spa water was too cold. Steam room was far too hot it could not be used. Showers drains were blocked causing flooding. Poor. Hopefully this was a one off. |

My room is wonderful. Especially the room size, cleanliness and toilet facilities. Especially the service staff should try to speak English rather than assuming guest would like to speak Chinese with them. |

Beautiful facility, accessible to most parts of the city. Clean room was tastefully appointed as well 25 minute wait for taxi to exit hotel and get to train station |

The room was extra large with a work desk, internet connection, a seating area and very quite. Bed was also very comfortable. The front desk personnel were all helpful and friendly. Everything about the hotel was five stars. That is 5 stars on the US and international scale. |

De kamers waren groot en zeer luxe afgewerkt. Zeker gezien de relatief geringe prijs was de kwaliteit van het hotel zeer goed. Er waren bij het hotel fouten gemaakt bij de boeking. Dit alles is overigens prima opgelost door het hotelpersoneel. Verder liet het hotel in sommige kleine details steken vallen (zoals het serveren van koude koffie). |

Hotel bardzo dobrzeumiejscowiony, duży, wygodny, z dobrą kuchnią i świetnym spa, oraz basenem; pokoje duże i wygodne personel w recepcji był raczej mało pomocny; najbardziej zirytował mnie fakt w dzień wyjazdu, gdy nie potrafili zorganizować nam taxówki na dworzec - bo dworzec jest za blisko !! Zenada ! wyprowadzili nas przed hotel, tak jakby chcieli się nas pozbyć i złapali nam rowerek bagażowy !! z naszymi olbrzymimi bagażami !! na szczęście w końcu udało się zdobyć taxówkę, brrr |

Hôtel très bien situé aux chambres extrêmement confortables. Certains membres du personnel sont absolument remarquables de vivacité et d'esprit d'initiative, L'ensemble du personnel fait preuve d'une grande attention et l'accueil est toujours parfait. La piscine et la salle de fitness, le spa. L'impossibilité d'avoir un taxi entre 15h00 et 16h, heure du changement de chauffeurs. |

El mejor hotel que he estado en mi vida. Impecable. Habitacion enorme, con oficina, baño enorme, con ducha y bañera, lipieza perfecta. Muy elegante. Perfecto. No esta pegado a los monumetnos, pero el precio de los taxis es ridculo (1€) |

E' l'hotel più raffinato ed elegante che abbia mai visitato, lo staff eccellente, la pulizia, i servizi offerti, il rapporto qualità prezzo, l'atmosfera, la posizione rispetto alla città, il panorama...di tutto di più!! Lo consiglierei a tutti. Solamente un fatto, che però credo sia la politica di tutti gli hotel di un certo livello, e cioè il deposito da lasciare che viene restituito dopo 20 giorni. |
