ルームサービスの料理が安くておいしかったです。ビュッフェレストランの朝食・夕食もなかなかおいしくて、- 品数豊富でした。部屋はとてもカッコいいデザインです。ガラス張りのバスルームは好き嫌いが別れるでしょう- が、私は快適でした。屋外プールは開放的で気持ちよかったです。中国系でないホテルの中では抜群の立地です- 。ふらっと歩いて観前街に出られます。レストランやスパのスタッフはとてもフレンドリーな感じで親切でした- 。 中国のホテルではよくあるようですが、チェックインの時に異様に高いチャージをとられたので驚きました。3- 泊で約3,000元の宿泊料金に対して6,000元のチャージを要求されました。文句を言ったら4,500元にしてくれたけど、カードの確認をするだけではなく、この金額に実際にサインさせられます。後で返- すって言ってましたが、サインした紙の控えもくれないし、（レストランやスパもみんなそうです。）チェック- アウトの時は改めて3日分の請求をもらって精算しますが、チャージ料金返還のレシートはきりません。チャー- ジ料金のレシートのコピーをくれと言ったら、現物をくれました。ソフィテルだから大丈夫とは思いますが、カ- ード会社からの請求書を見るまではちょっと心配です。 |
