とにかくロケーションが良い ビジネスにも便利であり、食事にも便利 予約段階では、広めの部屋だと思ってツインルームを予約したが、実際に泊まった部屋は、通常のシングルルー- ムにベッドが二つある狭い方の部屋だった

I booked 2 rooms staying 1 night in October. The rooms are dirty and dark. The wardrobes are stingy and we dared not to hang clothes inside. I booked this hotel because their website shows the surrounding of the Sofitel Suzhou Hotel is attractive, having a river in front of the hotel. But, it is totally misleading and cheating. The so-called river is in fact a ditch which has been leveled by mud and sand, because there is construction works there for other use in the future. The hotel should update its photo so that it won't mislead the people any more. It is the worst hotel I ever stayed with, and I will not stay in any Sofitel hotel because they did not maintain the reputation of the brand. Very disappointing.

At the 1st look, everything was looked perfect Public area was very hot(actually very hot day), pool water was not clear(used late afternoon), sauna was not stand by for sudden use(waited 30minutes), etc

Wonderful staff; good location for someone who wants to be in Central Suzhou;comfortable Not really in Suzhou to shop, there wasn't much to do in the immediate area but then again I don't think there is an area in Suzhou that is close to everything. I had a room that was in the back of the hotel which seemed a good idea given the construction of Suzhous first underground directly in front of it. However the music from the night clubs forced me to keep the windows closed at night.

The location of this hotel is exceptional, the real heart of the city of Suzhou I wanted to eat "a la carte" for diner, not on buffet. Part of my meal was almost cold, after discussions and negotiations, they finally replaced my entire flat. I stayed at this hotel on a Saturday, I had to suffer the vibration of the bass club located very very close to this hotel, I didn't slept part of the night...

Lage direkt an der Einkaufsmeile von Suzhou. Gutes Bett, angenehmer Service. Sehr laut durch Lage direkt an einer Hauptverkehrsader. Baulärm durch Errichtung einer Ubahn-Linie. Preis des Frühstück höher als bei Booking.com angegeben.

Encontrar a Gerard que habla chino, español, fancés e inglés, en China es un lujo, muy profesionales todos, y en general el personal del hotel que es gente buena, amigable y sencilla. El hotel está bastante bien y con buena calidad/precio. Recomendable

El hotel está en la zona peatonal comercial de Suzhou. Céntrico, la calle frente al hotel está en obras por lo que dentro de un año estará aun mejor. El hotel es muy confortable, la cama es muy confortable y por unos pocos euros adicionales nos proporcionaron una habitación más amplia. El equipo es muy servicial, con buen inglés y tienen en prácticas a un joven francés que habla español también. Los principales lugares de interés están a 1,5 km más o menos, un paseo largo o un taxi corto.

1) Das Bett und das Zimmer. 2) Die rasche Antwort des Managers auf meine sehr negative Kritik. 3) Dass das Hotel die Konsequenzen bereits gezogen hat und die gesamte Küchenbrigade per August auswechselt. Schade zugleich, dass wir zu den letzten "Opfern" dieser Truppe gehören mussten. Die gesamte Gastronomie.

前台的YUKI经理和CANDY，服务态度非常好，笑容可掬~~在办理入住时，带领客人进房间介绍的服务很- 好，可以和intercontinental hongkong的服务媲美~~房间内部比较宽敞，床很舒服！ 酒店外观看得出来有些老了，不过内部装修还可以。因为苏州正在修地铁，酒店门口非常堵塞，几乎没有出租车，- 请礼宾部帮忙联系出租，说联系不到，出租车根本不会进来。无奈，只好坐人力三轮车。苏州给我最大的印象，就- 是交通极其极其的不方便。出租车司机会因为目的地比较近而拒载！走了亚洲欧洲很多个国家与城市，这么糟糕的- 交通状况是头一次见到！
