“ Most of the staff can speak in English. In our visit, we take the business suite room, it is superb luxury & comfort room. Just imagine all the decoration inside the room is in gold colour. Shopping is just in walking distance from hotel. Sofitel itself locate at Inzone Shopping Center, a lot of branded outlet here like Prada, Gucci etc. ”

Most of the staff can speak in English. In our visit, we take the business suite room, it is superb luxury & comfort room. Just imagine all the decoration inside the room is in gold colour. Shopping is just in walking distance from hotel. Sofitel itself locate at Inzone Shopping Center, a lot of branded outlet here like Prada, Gucci etc. By walk distance, u can go to Quancheng Square & Parc66 Shopping Mall also provide a lot of branded outlet. WiFi service & lan internet cable is available in room. Nice breakfast & dinner buffet from Cafe66. Taxi is not a problem here :-) From hotel facilities information, they said the hotel have rotating sky- view restaurant, unfortunately when we've been there that time, the facilities is in renovation :-(

Atypical Sofitel chain accommodations. Reliable service and friendly staff. They mixed up my name with another guest during the airport transfer pickup and hence was some delay and confusion until I called the hotel. Some parts of the room were rather rundown, namely the pole that connects the mirror and tv panel. Seemed like it was going to fall off anytime.

La fenêtre de ma chambre (au 15ème étage) ne fermait pas (rouillée), le bruit de la rue remontait , gênant pour dormir Difflcultés de compréhension en anglais de la part du personnel. Etonnant pour un hôtel de ce standing avec une forte clientèle affaires
