The service was excellent, the food was delicious, I felt comfortable, the staff were friendly and easy to approach. Overall, a very good experience. I would stay at Sofitel Jinan Silver Plaza every time I have to travel to Jinan, China. Kind regards, Dan Mosut

Almost everything one might expect from a hotel. The only thing that I didn't like was the cleanliness of the carpets on my floor. But when I asked they told me that they are in the middle of renovations and that my floor and above are scheduled for the coming week. So that covers what I didn't like.

Reception staff cooperative and speaks English well I booked one hour before my arrival, but they didn't find my reservation however, the staff was so cooperative to trust my wordings.

The staff of the hotel, all of them spoke english and where very caring. Rooms are good, clean and comfortable. The hotel is located in the centre of Jinan, making it a short walk distance to any shops, cafes and night life. The swimming pool could be refurbished, it contrasts with the quality of the rooms

Personal assistance and attention, especially helping with parcels (Carmen and Vivian) and express checkout with porter's assistance and assistance of front desk; excellent venue for business meetings; appreciated availability of "American" gifts for me to present to colleagues and friends (E.G., gingerbread houses, candy, cookies; I purchased several which were much appreciated). Also, I must comment on the experience I had one evening when returning to my room. I entered the lobby after a meeting, and was delighted see the choir singing Christmas carols~a nice bit of Christmas from home. Then, a Sofitel employee approached me, saying....please contact me; running short of characters! Thanks. (Feel free to use eap China tollfree#) Nothing! It was magical!
