Reception staff cooperative and speaks English well

I booked one hour before my arrival, but they didn't find my reservation however, the staff was so cooperative to trust my wordings.

The service level compared with the price.

Personal assistance and attention, especially helping with parcels (Carmen and Vivian) and express checkout with porter's assistance and assistance of front desk; excellent venue for business meetings; appreciated availability of "American" gifts for me to present to colleagues and friends (E.G., gingerbread houses, candy, cookies; I purchased several which were much appreciated). Also, I must comment on the experience I had one evening when returning to my room. I entered the lobby after a meeting, and was delighted see the choir singing Christmas carols~a nice bit of Christmas from home. Then, a Sofitel employee approached me, saying....please contact me; running short of characters! Thanks. (Feel free to use eap China tollfree#)
