No wi-fi in room No free wi-fi in lobby Lobby restaurant staff bad understanding Kitchen not applying guest need in orders Was prohibited to have a la carte breakfast in the restaurant, I had to order in the lobby lounge where there was only low seating. No outdoor sitting area for smoking and ordering coffee Could not take the bus shuttle to the new exhibition center because bus was full and there was only one ride. Hotel was ranked as novotel on the web, when indeed it is not anymore.

Very bad note: no internet free connection ... everywhere you can find in Shanghai free internet connection, but this hotel charges you an extra price ... and expensive too ...

I did not like the restaurents close early, the luch they close at 2 pm and dinner at 10pm this is not acceptable for 5 star hotel. Also missed to see the chinease restaurent.

The location, helpful staff and proximity to the Metro. Food was great and the beds are just the most comfortable ever

1-When you arrive at the hotel, there is no one to help you to get your luggage from the taxi to the reception. 2-There is no help to get your luggage from the reception to your room. 3- If your room is at the East wing then you have to spend a long journey from the breakfast which is served at the west wing !! 4-There is a charge for the internet 5-There is even a charge for the coffee (in pack) you have in your room which is the same as the beer 45 RMB .

Very good hotel.Big and clean hotelroom.Lovely view from 33rd floor.Lots of choices at breakfast.

Was a pnice stay in a good comidity.Got the room for a very good price in realation to normal cost what made it much more pleasant

Shower was weak and also veneeer at the bathroom door was little bit loose this should not happen in 5 * hotel.120 RMB for 24 h Internetacess can not be called cheap.

Net hotel met een redelijke keuken. Vind het wel een zakelijk hotel, niet echt voor families ingericht.

Vind de prijzen voor drankjes en hapjes aan de hoge kant.

diğer 5 yıldızlı oteller gibi kullanmadığınız herşey için para ödemek zorunda değilsiniz. Sadece kullandığınız kadar ödüyorsunuz. Yani tesiste herşey var kullanırsanız para ödüyorsunuz. bence süper.

internet bağlantısı çok pahalıydı. Business center diye bi bölümü var orada 1 saati 160 Yuan (48 TL) bence çok pahalı. otel odanızda bu fiyat 120 yuana düşüyor. Eğer Iphone yada Ipad gibi cihazınızla lobi gibi yerlerde bağlanmak istiyorsanız saati 25 Yuan.

3 Yyıldır aynı otelde kalmaktayız,Shanghaide deri fuarı katılımcısıyız,geç check-out yapmak için talepte bulunduk.fuarı 5te kapatıp , 6 da otelde olup 8 de havalımanına gitmek için otelden ayrılmamız gerekmekte idi,en azında 6.30 a kadar odamızı kullanma talebinde bulunduk ki fuar sonrası kıyafetlerimizi değiştirip , duşumuzu alabilelim.reception görevlileri talebimizi reddetti.her yıl aynı otelde kalmakla birlikte ilk defa böyle bir talepte bulunup reddetilmesi bizi şaşkınlık içerisinde bıraktı.
