I was impressed, didn't expect too much from my usual experience with Chinese Hotels. One thing I know for sure after staying at the Somerset, I'll be a loyal customer from now on. This is a 4 starts hotel with a 5 stars service. Made feel home. I have stayed at the suite which was amazingly specious, nice decor, great soft bed, cool TV, double sided windows that isolate the noise. The little things makes the difference. Worth every penny.

I'd expect for a little more variety from the breakfast. Other than that all good.

I felt warm welcome at arrival and during the stay, breakfast is mixed, western and chinese and the food is good and fresh, bus station directly in front of the hotel, balcony at the room and pool on the roof, fitness centre is good

There has been too less sockets in the room, charge PC and Phone at the same time has not been possible- unplug the light to get one socket free, hotel is far away from the beach. After showering, the complete bathroom has been under water.

It is located at the good class residence area & the price is excellent!

The first when I checked in, I was happy to know that they upgrade my room to a 3-rooms suite but later found out that the safe & washing were not working.Service was slow & inefficient.Eventually had to give up because the technician claimed that he never know how to operate on one left alone to repair it? The 2nd time I stayed in the Hotel, they made sure everything worked inside the room but the single room was very small which was rather uncomfortable.

Reasonable rate and location.

Breakfast is lousy in terms of taste and quality.

Inconvenient Shuttle service to the centre of the city

Less than Ascott, personnel is not really helpful, breakfast is great, as well as location. The hotel is a bit understaffed. Room is big enough, and with good equipement.

It is an apartment rather than a hotel room, but it's an excellent hotel room with a kitchen. The standard is very high, very modern, very comfortable, and well worth the money.

I left some money in the safety box, they contacted me & returned to me. Besides, the room is well equipped & the staff are nice.

The breakfast can be improved.

Near the mall but still have a quiet environment, Reasonable price for such a large flat(2 rooms) Nice swimming pool at the roof

It's a little bit far away from the mtr station, And we only have a "hospital" view in our room

Bardzo lubię ten hotel i nie pierwszy raz się w nim zatrzymałem. Połozenie w spokojnej i nowoczesnej okolicy. Trochę daleko do metra, jakieś 10 - 15min spaceru, za to metro w Shenzhen jest super i prawie wszedzie da się nim dojechać. Super basen na dachu prawie zawsze pusty. Apartamenty przestronne i świetnie wypozażone, czyste. Wygodne łóżka(odpowiedniej długości:)). W pobliżu hotelu kilka miłych knajpek, galeria handlowa, supermarket, sklepiki.

Z roku na rok śniadania są coraz gorsze. Mały wybór dań, praktycznie niezmienne menu. Ratowałem się knajpkami w okolicy. Ponure i zaniedbane kotytaże/dojścia od windy do apartamentów mocno kontrastujące z apartamentami.

Şehir merkezine çok uzak ortalama gidiş-dönüş 200 RMB taksi ücreti ödemeniz gerekmekte.

안보이는 부분까지 깨끗하기를... It is not 5-star hotel clean. But other than that, it was great. 房间不是很干净。其他非常满意。

屋上プールが奇麗、当ホテルのあるシンセンの南山区は中国の南国でこの地区は奇麗で気持ちの良い場所です。- 朝食は美味しいかったです。

シャワーの使い勝手が、今一です。ホテルというより奇麗なサービスアパートですね。

有屋顶的游泳池，房间里面的套件有厨房和客厅，非常体贴的设计。服务非常好，下次还会来住

出行略有不便，周围不大好打车，区地铁也有一定距离。

Great 2 bed room for 3 people. But Really far from hong kong border. I would Prob pay for 2 rooms in a Better location next time. Staff were really helpful with directions and the train very Clean and easy to use.
