整体设计装修很舒服，工作人员服务态度较好

空调声音太大。朝里的房间正对写字楼，这点不太舒服。

员工很热情，服务周到

两人入住只提供了人早餐，不是很满意

位置很好。楼下就是府南河。服务很好。市中心。去哪里都方便。

酒店的位置很好，房间呈长条型，全景景观非常非常漂亮，房间设施很好，入住很舒服。

停车不太方便，入口在进城方向的辅导，很容易走过，我是本地人，都绕了2圈才找到。。。一般进城玩了再回酒- 店，要绕道，不太好走，希望能有详细的路线指示。

功能全，有餐桌可以作为办公桌子。沙发舒服，洗衣机好用。前台好。礼宾叫车，搬行李。

餐桌上的灯亮度不够。

Pretty good hotel with pleasant appartment and considerate service, it's worth to stay here with your family in particular

The facilities were excellent - my son and husband enjoyed the snooker table and ping pong. The view of the city was excellent as was the location. Size of the apartment was exceptional and allowed my son to stay in the lounge area with comfort. Easy access to internet.

Only one voucher for breakfast which was not great anyway. Extra bed was poor. Cleaniless could be approved eg biscuit crumbs and hair on the window sills and greasy cupboards.

Excellent staff, very clean, very nice, efficent rooms with lots of storage area and washer/dryer. Very nice for extended stay in area, great buffet breakfast. We would highly recommend this apart-hotel.

They recommended and set up hotel reservation with Citadine (part of their chain) in Xi"an and the hotel was so bad, we moved out after one night. I would find my own lodgings next time. It was not up to the Ascot standards we experienced at somerset.

- I stayed in a big corner room on 29th fl, 150 m². Huge space, panoramic view 270 °. Complete equipment, also for kitchen, lot of english spoken tv programs. Great value for money.

After the second day, the water riser next to the room made periodically lot of noise.

Very clean and comfortable. After a few weeks of traditional Chinese lodgings, Somerset was a very welcome respite. At double the price it would still be a good price by Western standards. I'd happily stay here again.

在市中心，交通方便。

A few minutes to metro station and close to city center. Clean and comfortable room. Room facilities are excellent. Great wifi speed. Very helpful hotel staff.

It will be perfect if breakfast can offer more varieties.

Room is really spacious and comfortable with enough sitting space for at least 4 adults. For friends to visit, it's good choice. You can even dish out simple meals for four!

Kitchen equipment is faulty and tripped the electricity frequently. There is no bath tub even though the apartment is spacious!

其他方面都还好，就是卫生间的毛巾太旧了，拉低了整个酒店的感觉。

Sehr gute Ausstattung und insgesamt freundliches Personal. Wir fühlten uns, mit 2 Kleinkindern, wohl.

Die erste Nacht im 28. Stockwerk laut. Nach Reklamation bei der Ankunft, sollte jemand geschickt werden, der die Ursache ermittelt, es kam aber keiner. Nächsten Tag nach Beschwerde Umzug auf Etage 26. Wir hatten eine Executive Zimmer mit Blick auf das danebenstehende, gleichhohe Bürogebäude, was nicht störte aber auch nicht schön war.

Ble overrasket på sengen under private forhold uten forvarsel av vaskehjelpen. Ikke forventet av 5 stjerners hotel!
