location is strategic, close to public transport. easy to find.

With three double bedrooms, two bathrooms and lounge/diner, this apartment was extremely spacious and comfortable for a group of 6 adults, making it a home from home after a long day sightseeing. Although we were out most of the time, the local supermarket made self-catering easy. There was a daily cleaning service included in the price and the heating/aircon system was effective - this was necessary for a March visit. Its location was excellent with easy access to the city centre and other sites e.g. sightseeing bus centre, temple, French Concession on foot, taxi or by metro. The Bund could be reached by a long but interesting walk through old markets and new developments. The Reception staff spoke English and were very friendly and helpful e.g. booking tickets, writing place names in Chinese characters for taxi drivers etc. We did not use the hotel's breakfast or leisure facilities.

This apartment was extremely good value for money, and if there was one complaint it would be that it was a little dated - particularly the kitchen and shower room - and would benefit from some modernizing.

Very convient to access to any places of interest. Cosy for family to stay.

Location and facilities are good. Staff were helpful, though a few hardly spoke English (I don't speak Mandarin), good gym and pool, with steam and sauna. Good value for apartment stay.

All rooms are noisy as it is on a main road, and despite asking for a no-smoking room my room stank of tobacco. The bed was so-so comfortable. Sometimes they could have cleaned the room better. 11:00 p.m. curfew on guests - what's with that? I left home many years ago and don't need that attitude.

Très bon service lors du Check-in et le problème que nous avions rencontré avec le deux pièces réservé au sujet d'une fenêtre d'une des chambres. Nous avons été surclassé en trois pièces pour le même prix au 34ème étage de l'hôtel. Il est très proche du métro, très pratique même si les déplacement en taxi à Shanghai sont plus pratiques. Le service en chambre quotidien avec le changement drap et rajout de produit de toilettes et bouteille d'eau quotidienne. Pour info Wifi gratuit dans la chambre 3401 contrairement à ce annoncé sur Booking.

Le petit déjeuner n est pas à la hauteur de l'hôtel.

Muligheden for en lejlighed med to soveværelser, klart det mest familievenlige alternativ vi kunne finde. Gratis wi-fi var et stort plus, når det virkede.

La posizione dell'hotel vicino alla fermata della metropolitan, comodissima x girare tutta la città.La vista, specialmente notturna, su tutti I grattacieli di shanghai. Buona la presenza di attrezzature varie da cucina e le bottiglie d'acqua fornite giornalmente.

Colazione inclusa un pò povera nella scelta e nella qualità, piscina e servizi collegati non all'altezza dell'hotel

The size of the room. The aprk and playground outside of the hotel. The kitchen was good.

The playarea at the hotel was a bit poor and needed to be both cleaner and mabye a new coat of paint or similar. The childrens pool was too cold! Small children need tos have warm pool otherwise it is not a child pool it is just a regular pool with less water.

Good is the location in the center of Shanghai, very close to subway line 9 (about 2 minutes walking). Friendly and helpful staff. Suite was equipped sufficiently with household and kitchen items.

The rooms are quite small, which was not the main issue. However, the suite was old and quite dirty. While I dont mind old furniture that much, I do mind a lot if furniture, carpets, walls up to shoulder height or household items are dirty, broken and show extreme signs of use. During our stay, there was repair work ongoing in the house. Some exposure is then probably unavaoidable when running a business at the same time. But at least 2 times, paint jobs were done leaving the whole suite in a strong stench of toxic fumes (benzol). As we travelled with a 1 year old child, this became a major worry and made us leave earlier. Comparing the quality of suite and service, Somerset is definitely over priced.

very easy to get to subway, room was fit with the family.

Little bit cold, bathroom was not clean after cleaning.

The staff were very helpful and treated us very well. I would stay there again for the location and the effort the staff made for us.
